'Coolawin’ is a beautiful oasis located within a 5 minute walk to pretty Avalon Village and the beach.
Expansive green lawns and pretty trees surround the large property.
Features include the high ceiling open plan living space that opens out on to flowing decks and a sparkling pool. Adjacent is a to self contained studio-outhouse; the ideal teen retreat.
This is the perfect family holiday close enough to everything yet far enough away to be able to relax, unwind & retreat from daily life.
