Fully renovated in January 2020! You will be just across the street from the famous Newport Lobster Seaport and Harbor and only a 2-minute walk to downtown! Tennis enthusiasts will not want to miss the International Tennis Hall of Fame and music lovers from all over come to the Newport Folk/Jazz Festival in July to see and experience world-class musicians. Other must-sees include the annual seafood festivals, the cliff walk & Fort Adams. End your day of adventure at Newport's many eateries.
In the Master, you have a king-size bed, a Large flat screen Smart HD TV, and the Master bath has a very large Jacuzzi Tub with a shower. The Living room has a Queen sleeper sofa which can accommodate 2 comfortably, along with another Smart Large flatscreen HD TV. Your condo is fully furnished and equipped with a full-size refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker with coffee included, flatware, glassware, and all of the cookware you need to enjoy yourself. The grounds have plenty to do with a fitness center, BBQ grills, indoor/outdoor heated pools, spa, game center, movie theater, and so much more.
