Welcome.
It is ideally situated, within a 60 meter walk to a beautiful beach and a shelter shed.
Great for family activities on those hot days eg; swimming , cricket & walking.
It's a great place to relax for the tranquility of it all.
Smoky Bay, a # 1 Holiday destination with great crabbing, fishing & a supply of oysters readily available from the Oyster Growers providing a days notice is given.
Whiting, Crabs, Salmon, Garfish, Tommie's & Kingfish (during the summer months).
The house is a fully self-contained in a country style accommodation, Neat but Honest.
Black out blinds installed for a good night's sleep.
Air Conditioned in the Dining/Lounge and the far bedroom at the end of the passage.
ideal temp to set Aircons is at 22' for winter and Summer, a ceiling fan has been installed in the bedroom opposite the laundry for summer use, keep all leading doors and windows closed for the units to work effectively during the hot summer days.
A wood heater for winter use if you should desire to use it.
Rain water supplied to the Kitchen sink.
Use rainwater only in the electric Kettle.
Kitchen: Elect. stove / Fan Forced Oven, Microwave, Fridge/freezer units, Toaster, ETC.
Lounge/Dining Room, tasteful furnishings, TV's, DVD Player.

Why they chose this property
We bought this property for the wifes parents to live in from 1993 to 2015 while we move from Ceduna to live in Adelaide to put our two children through College. They enjoyed living by the sea, fishing and painting and traveling around Australia.
We quiet often went back to visit and to stay at this fantastic place by the sea, to use it as a base for a lot of fishing.
My wife and children absolutely loved this place to visit for our holidays. Now things have changed, we are now giving other people a chance to have a holiday at this fantastic place to do what we have done as it is now available as a holiday house destination.
