Brand New, fully self-contained 3 bedroom Villa over looking the Hamilton Island Yacht Harbour is waiting for you now. Each room has its own air-conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher to coffee maker. All cooking utensils, pot & pans, crockery & cutler are provided.
Supplied are all linen, bath and beach towels and a washer & dryer.

The lovely new living area has the latest 52" LED TV, DVD, surround sound, IPod Station, and Play Station 3 for your entertainment

The open plan design offers a spacious living area opening out to a wrap a round balcony with an out door suite and BBQ, for relaxing and entertaining. The balconies South-West views are perfect for the evenings spectacular sunsets over the Whitsundays island.

The master bedroom with ensuite, on the main level, has a king bed that can be split into 2 king singles, LED TV, bedside tables and reading lamps. The second bedroom, on the bottom level has a king bed that can be split into 2 king singles a TV, bedside tables, reading lamps, and share bathroom. The third bedroom has a king bed that can be split into 2 king singles TV, bedside tables, reading lamps and share bathroom.

Also provided for the family is a cot, high chair and prom/stroller.

A complimentary buggy and free valet service from and return to the ports is provided.

My 50th Birthday

I was very disappointed with how much we paid for the property with what we experienced below: Buggy issues from day 1 (could not keep charged) but it was over the weekend so could not do anything until Monday and our valet person lent us his on the Monday to get ours looked at that clearly had an issue. Our shower drain was blocked and my husband being a builder emptied it and it was beyond disgusting (i have a photo if you would like to see) Cooking items and plates had remnants of food on them and some utensils like tongs were broken. The bed linen could do with an upgrade and in our master bedroom I didn't even have a hand towel. The garage on arrival was full of leaves and debris. The house is very well designed and the views were spectacular with a good position but that is all I can say was the highlight. It was a shame for me as it was my 50th birthday celebration with my family. I hope you use this feedback to better the experience for future guests.

Absolutely Amazing

This home is beautifully situated within access to everything. The view is breathtaking, home was clean, amenities were everything you could expect if you were home. That grill on the deck with attached table was a home run, had the best family meals out there. Definitely will be coming here again.

False Advertising at its finest!

This property is nothing like the description! Brand new, try 20+ with an old Reno! No master with ensuite! Very poor condition! No internet due to bill not being paid. Emailed 5 times to be told by the agent ‘I will let the owners know’ & ‘I would assist if I was on the island’. Swingings chairs were on the floor. Shower in main bathroom blocked drain … kitchen sink blocked! Screen doors detached & put down side of property. A poorly managed property! Feel truely sorry for the owners as I imagine the agent is taking a nice fee for clearly not doing anything!

Great house & location

We really enjoyed out stay at the Harbour View Villa. We were met at the airport by Dean who was very informative on the drive to the house. The house itself was generally clean & well presented however as previous reviews have stated the decks on both levels really need a good clean (or repaint). The outside chairs around the table have significant wear and could do with replacing. Also the drains in both bathrooms where not working therefore the bathrooms flooded. Apparently due to hair blockage, which really should be cleaned out after each stay. Inside the house was clean & the no shoes policy certainly helps minimise sand during the stay. Otherwise the house had all the provisions we needed, it has a lovely outlook & is very easy to live in as a group. The new pool in the complex is now open. Thanks to Ricoh for clear communication in the lead up to our stay.

Perfect holiday for three generations

Gorgeous, spacious villa with outstanding views, comfortably accommodated two late-teens, their middle-aged parents and grandparents. Perfect for all of us.

Excellent Location & Views

What an amazing property, great location and stunning views... but just a few draw backs which we felt worth mentioning. The main issue being the pool was out of service for most of the duration of our stay which was disappointing as we had a small child with us. The timing was surprising given the timing of school holidays! There was also no coffee machine as advertised, which given the caliber of property was disappointing. We reported that some of the doors didn’t lock to keep the house secure but did not get a response. Some of the beds were also quite uncomfortable and the bedding was pilling. The Remote didn’t work on the main tv and the back decks were filthy underfoot. An extra roll or two of toilet roll per bathroom would have also been great. All minor faults and would not stop us from returning but needs working on to justify the nightly cost.

Great house, lovely views

We really enjoyed our stay. Stunning view, well appointed and great location. A few snags with locking doors and wif-fi connection (resolved) but otherwise had a great stay. Would happily revisit.

Great views and location

The property is well located and pretty well maintained although glass is needed in the windows as there is no barrier to noise from outside and close noisy neighbours! The kitchen wasn’t totally clean and the floors were a bit grimy but pretty much everything we needed was provided and we enjoyed using the big decks and kitchen with their wonderful views. Some hooks and mirrors in the bedrooms would have been great, particularly as we couldn’t hang out towels outside to dry due to poor weather. The valet service was not good. They were late in meeting us at the airport on arrival but, more concerning was that they were over 20 minutes late collecting us to catch our return flight which was leaving early and we arrived literally just in the nick of time to board our flight straight away which was very stressful and it was difficult to contact the valet service to find out where they were. Overall we had a great time staying at the house. Just a few small improvements and a different, more prompt valet service would make this a great place to stay.
