Margaret Pet Friendly Studio
Modern living in the heart of Margaret River. Private Unit, modern design only 1.5 km from the centre of Margaret River or 15 min walk to coffee shops and restaurants, art galleries and 10 min drive to the most popular beaches and wineries! For guests arriving with pets there is an additional fee $100 per stay max 1. Great dog park training area nearby walking distance. Access to unit through stairs! few stairs from entrance and a walk through garden (uneven gravel) not suitable for a person walking with a walking stick or elderly person or wheelchair.
We live in the front property, so we will be around to welcome you and assist you with information regarding wine tours, taxis, etc. The unit is located at the back of front property where i live with my family and my very friendly dachshund. Garden door access is private and secure in a quite neighbourhood .
This studio is the perfect location if you wish to be central to Margaret River. Close to all the entertainment, beaches and wineries within minutes drive away. Ideal for solo travellers or couples!
During Christmas and New Years period our minimum stay is 4 nights.
The Studio is independent from the front house, has a front garden with an outdoor table that sits 6 people common area and BBQ facilities.
The Unit; one bedroom Queen size bed for two with a Veranda access by few steps, slide door for easy access with double shower, open bathroom, an outdoor shower, ideal for surfers and bike riders with garden view.
We also have a spacious closet for long stays, hair dryer, microwave, toaster and kettle and mini fridge. Courtesy tea and coffee and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Two car parking bay available or a caravan and verge parking .
There are a few vegetables growing in the garden available for guest.

We are a friendly hosts with Latin roots as I come from Peru and my husband Matt is kiwi! Matt is an electrician and I’m a life couch. We are happy to give you information of the area and best wineries and restaurants and we adore animals. We have a sausage dog that is sometimes up for a play, very gracious one. We Welcome friendly pets and we are always happy to say hello on arrival. We are pretty lay back and a we are a small Family of 4 that lives in the front property.
Why they chose this property
Modern Studio y a quite street! Great location just 10 minutes from centre Margaret river and 15min drive to most beautiful beaches in the south west and wineries! Great bush walks and bicycle tracks from the property! A dog training park 300 metres away. Smoking is allowed outside on premises.
What makes this property unique
Modern unit in the heart of Margaret river close to town walking distance. Location, location, location! in a quite street in Margaret river. 15min drive to caves road where most famous wineries and beaches are located. 40 min to Augusta.
