Strikes 1 and 2 are two stand-alone eco-friendly, architecturally designed one bedroom self-contained luxury cottages nestled in the heart of Mudgee wine country 5 minutes’ drive from the town center. The views from both cottages are elevated and spectacular.
The houses are newly completed in 2017 and offer luxury and tranquility.
Each cottage caters for a total of two guests with plenty of space between the two cottages for privacy.

This property was lovely and the location was amazing. It’s close to everything but it’s just far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing. We truely enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back.

Stunning & relaxing!
Strikes 1 was just stunning, beautiful location looking back over the town of Mudgee and less than 10 minutes to town. Great heating and a fireplace for our winter stay, very relaxing! Booking was great, and when I had to change our dates Justin was great and gave me timely responses. Recommend it to anyone who need a comfy and homely place to stay in Mudgee - thanks!

Gorgeous house and surrounds
Not only is Strikes 1 comfortable, its is absolutely beautiful and well designed. Small thoughtful things like enough shelf room in the bathroom, two generous racks for suitcases in the bedroom and large fluffy towels. It’s the small things that make the difference. The outlook and location are also great. We will definitely be back.

Perfect winter getaway
Strikes is the perfect place to base yourself whilst visiting the Mudgee region. Beautifully appointed with all you need. Peaceful surrounds with amazing views over the wineries and the town of Mudgee. Lovely to watch the wallabies and kangaroos early morning and late afternoon in front of the welcome fireplace. Strikes is close to many wineries and restaurants and 20 mins to Gulgong. Easy check in process and great communication with the owner Justin. Highly recommend and will be back. Thanks for a lovely (and much needed) relaxing stay Justin.

Loved the property - just perfect for my wife and I. Had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Would have liked to enjoy the outdoor deck a bit more but found the road noise a bit too much (not an issue when inside or at night).

We had a great stay at Strikes as it was very relaxing and extremely private. The units are new and have everything we needed. Extremely comfortable bed and great shower. The visits from the kangaroos was also unique, Highly recommend this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Strikes. It was super close to town and many local wineries, It had everything you’d need & was super relaxing! Waking up to kangaroos jumping through the land around us in the morning was beautiful! We will highly recommend Strikes to all our family & friends.
