This spacious, newly renovated, open plan, 80 sq mt. single story, ground floor unit is situated in a quite location just minutes walk from Jetty Rd and Glenelg beach.

Unit boasts:

Large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area.
A large leather lounge, Smart TV, gas log fire, split system air-conditioning, ceiling fans, Bluetooth radio, board games. novels and free WiFi..

Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
There is a full size oven, stove-top, fridge, dishwasher and microwave
Nespresso machine and pods.
Generous pantry and fridge supplies are provided.
Including a cold beer, wine or champagne on your arrival.
Fresh milk for that cup of tea or coffee

Bedrooms are queen size and both have Smart TV's and ceiling fans
Quality linen, blankets , pillows are provided.

Jetty Rd brings to you its many cafe's, restaurants, hotels, retail outlets, supermarkets, banks, movie theater as well as beautiful Glenelg Beach and more.

A short 30 minutes tram ride will take you to Morphetville Racecourse, Victoria Square, Central Market, Rundle Mall shopping, Sky City Casino, The Entertainment Center, Adelaide Oval, Museum, Zoo, Botanic Gardens, The River Torrens , The National Wine Center, restaurants, clubs, pubs and nightlife.

Patawalonga Public Golf Course and Harbour Town Outlet shopping are a short 5 minute drive..

The Barossa Valley is 1 hour or so north by car, Victor Harbour an hour and half south, as is Cape Jervis, the gateway to Kangaroo Island, easily accessible by ferry.

The historic German settlement of Hahndorf, nestled in the picturesque Adelaide Hill's is only a 40 minute drive east up the freeway

Fantastic service
From the personal greeting to the clean and well presented unit, this is a first class property. The owner has provisioned it with the basic food items plus a host of other helpful bits and pieces to cook. The cupboards are stocked with all the extra items you could ever need, from double adaptors to beach towels. The position so close to the beach, an enormous range of shops and restaurants as well as the tram to the city meant we could park the car and never use it until we left.It was an absolute pleasure to stay there.

Perfect home for a beach getaway
Roxene is super friendly and her 2 bedroom apartment is absolutely gorgeous. She met us on arrival and showed us around, her fridge was stocked with lots of goodies including the basics. The apartment is super clean with all modern appliances, comfortable beds with luxe bedding. It's a 10 min walk to the beach and to all the restaurants in Jetty Road. I would highly recommend staying here, it was amazing.

A Perfect Stay
This property was perfect and true to the photos and information on the website. Roxene was very helpful and the cottage was stocked with everything we needed for breakfast and a lovely beautiful of wine to welcome us. Walking distance to Glenelg beach and shops in Jetty Rd. Beds we’re comfy and all rooms were spotless and very modern. A great find for us and highly recommend to other travellers. Thank you Roxene! We’ll be back, hopefully.

Perfect Percival on Partridge
You have to stay here. Honestly, if you are looking for the perfect little base for a trip to Adelaide and want your base to be quiet, close to everything, tidy and homey, then this is where you need to be. From the fantastic communication with Roxene from day one, the whole experience is a positive one. Absolutely everything you need is in the house, including the world’s most comfy beds, a gas heater (the nights were particularly cold but not inside Percival’s) all the kitchen essentials, fantastic bathroom & little back deck area. I honestly can’t fault it. Even the pleasant five minute walk to Jetty Rd to catch the tram to the city, or sauntering back up Jetty Rd from the Pier after watching the sunset. Perhaps the only problem was that we were only there for four nights. It was very difficult to leave! Thanks for providing such a perfectly wonderful place to stay, Roxene. If we’re ever in Adelaide again, the accommodation part is already sorted.

Roxene met us on arrival, was so warm and friendly and terrific at communicating prior to our arrival. The unit was spotlessly clean and had everything you could ask for with so many thoughtful touches left by Roxene, from toiletries to breakfast supplies and even drinks! Property was clean, and the owner was very helpful and accommodating. Loved the little touches such as the mini chocolates, and the fridge stocked with milk, beer, wine, juice, coffee, biscuits etc Also in the bathroom with the shower gel and amenities. A very nice touch you don't normally get in these sorts of properties! The bed was very comfortable, and it was in quiet area. Could not recommend this place enough to anyone who wants to stay in Glenelg!
