My stay it was great lot's of bath towels very clean it had very thing we needed. My hosts was great very helpful and friendly. I would stay again . The place was very thing the ad said .
The property was well equipped and very comfortable, the only issue being that the bathroom door was no able to be locked. Have recommended to friends for future stays.
Just the right simple place for a few days that also accepts dogs.
Clean, quiet and simple,.nothing fancy but easy to keep clean and comfortable.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
I didn’t realise it was attached to a house. A basement converted to a unit. Make sure you bring your own soap etc. even hand soap wasn’t provided. But on the whole it was clean and neat. It was very close to shops etc. it was pleasant.

Alright Property
Check-in and communication with the owner was below par, very last minute. Almost organized alternative accommodation after speaking with Stayz representatives. (No check in info provided until 30 minutes before arrival and many unanswered calls). Overall the property is alright, leaving a generous 3 stars because it was cheap.
House was fine in a quiet street. I have no issues everything was good.

No separate yard for dog no exit from unit to house large group up stairs no parking except road
Was rented as pet friendly and wasn't cincrete backgarden that was unsafe with glass and mess. Power plugs in unit wobbly and hair dry cord has broken exposed wires. Multiple upstairs guests blicking drive way and could hear there steps on roof. Renter left property a day earlier as stay was not relaxing. Landlord tried to charge for ither tenants damage and is still on my stayz account after multiple days. Will not stay hete again
The property was ideal for us.
We were able to take our dog with us and this made our weekend away all the more special.
Joseph was easily contactable and made everything very easy for us.
The house was clean and very comfortable however the photos on the website were not where we stayed.
That being said, we still had a great stay and would definitely stay again.
The place was neat and tidy. Joseph was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. I'd give both him and the place 10 stars if I could. Just loved being here.
I needed to be close to my daughters house in the days leading up to her wedding. This location was perfect. I had minimal needs except a comfy bed to crash in each night. 😴
Access was easy and all my needs were met. 👍
Great place to stay. It's a quite backstreet in a good neighborhood.
It's got everything that opens and shuts....nice kitchen...nice bathroom etc.
My only complaint would be THAT hallway light, umm, Joseph...ahh, but 'tis a minor thing.
The owner is approachable, helpful and friendly.
Bargain ++
A lot of the internals has been refurbished with a new kitchen , however the bathroom although dated is clean but small The lounge suite is comftable but is getting to the stage of needing replacing. What i liked is the fresh clean linen on the beds and towels. Overall the acvomodation is a good afordable option if you need a place for a couple of nights.

All the comforts of home.
This is a neat, cosy apartment in a very quiet street. Being dog friendly was a bonus. The back yard is fully fenced, & although it is in need of some TLC, our dogs liked being able to do their own thing. The beds were very comfortable , the linen crisp & fresh. Plenty of towels & heaps of hot water! Free internet was also great. Only real grumble was the security light in the hallway .. it was so sensitive that even if you rolled over in bed, the light came on . Perhaps the owner could disconnect it? Overall, great value for money, we enjoyed our stay :-)
