stunning blue waters of Sapphire Beach, just 10 minutes from the centre of Coffs Harbour. This three-bedroom, three-bathroom house is located in one of Coffs Harbours most private beach suburbs - away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas, but within easy reach.

While this house is suitable for anyone wanting a relaxed holiday at the beach, for anyone with mobility impairment this is an adaptable home with several accessibility features. Firstly, a sloping path provides wheelchair or easy walking access to the house. The main level of the house has been designed with a king bedroom and bathroom that can accommodate aids for those who find it difficult to stand in the shower. Then there's the WYMO hoist above the inground pool to help wheelchair users in and out of the pool.

This well-equipped accommodation will sleep up to six persons. For relaxing indoors with comfortable seating and a massive 85 inch TV. If outdoors is more your thing, you can enjoy the private pool area, a big lawn for playing or relaxing, or the beach which is just a short walk away.
