Direct oceanfront 4th floor condo with more than 1,200 square feet of updated, bright, open space. Located in The Van Lee, one of Ormond Beach’s most sought after locations, this unit has stunning panoramic views of the ocean through large windows and balcony doors in the living room and the master bedroom. This renovated and updated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit has everything you need to make it your oceanfront home including a fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs and toys, indoor laundry, and more.

There is plenty of free parking designated for the building, and we offer covered, secure and private parking upon request. The unit has high-speed WiFi (200mpbs+), large smart 4k TVs in every room, private and free laundry, and comfortable seating and beds will make you feel right at home. There is a large inground swimming pool located directly on the ocean with glass (wind reducing) railings - the nicest pool in the area. This location is the most desired spot in Ormond Beach and only 5 minutes from Daytona Beach and a90 minutes from Disney/Universal/Sea World.

Easy walk to shopping, restaurants and other great local shops. This unit has just about all you will need...dishware, linens, paper products, washer and dryer, etc. Enjoy watching the sunrise on the balcony and the sunset on the front patio. SLEEP:
Sandy Shores is set up to sleep 6 people. Bedroom 1 has a comfy king bed with high-end bedding and a large 65" Smart TV (Roku TV), private bathroom, a large walk-in closet, and oceanfrton balcony. Bedroom 2 has 2 full beds with super comfy mattresses, pillows, bedding, a large walk-in closet, and 50" Smart TV.

KITCHEN:
For the chef in the family, Sandy Shores provides a fully stocked (cooking utensils and other supplies) kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a large island ready to display your culinary creations. The kitchen will be the center of attention and the place to get together.

OUTDOORS:
When it is time to venture out, the nicest beach in Florida is about 100 feet away with direct and easy access from the building. There is a large inground pool directly on the ocean with a glass wind railing and a one-of-a-kind, amazing ocean view. The Tomoka and Halifax River are less than 1/2 mile away and are a real gem for fishing, kayaking, tubing, and more. Daytona Beach is a short 10 minute drive, Flagler Beach is a 15 minute drive, and many other lcoal attractions are very close by. Ormond Beach is close to it all!

BEACH GEAR:
We provide easy to acarry Tommy Bahama beach chairs that are perfect for your beach time. There are many beach toys and other beach items available for your free use.

LAUNDRY:
There is a private indoor laundry room with washer and dryer for your use. We also provide some laundry soap and dryer sheets.

WORK:
If you need to squeeze in some work while you are here, Sandy Shores is just the place. Equipped with reliable and fast 200mps+ WiFi, your video meetings will be clear and crisp throughout the property.

Hidden Gem on Quiet Beach

The unit is beautifully renovated with a nice view. This section of the beach was car-free and was not overly crowded so that was very nice. Parking was available without fighting for spots. The exterior of the building is a little dated, but in line with a condo building on the Florida Central Coast. We had one person with mobility issues in our party, and it was a little difficult to get through the building and down to the pool/beach area because of the steps and narrow ramp.

This well appointed condo did not disappoint. Amazing view, extremely clean, kitchen well stocked with everything needed, comfortable beds. Easy access to an uncrowded beach and the pool. We could not have been more comfortable nor pleased with our choice to book this property.

Great location , very clean great experience

We were there for the USAG women’s level 10 gymnastic national championships. We chose this location with just a short drive to Daytona Beach.it was perfect in every way . Beach was awesome. Pool was perfect . Weather was iffy on a couple days , we could have cared less . We had a wonderful time .

Celebration of life

While in Ormond at a celebration of life for the love of my life, while physically and emotional draining- coming back to the condo was very peaceful and i really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching sunrise, sunsets and listening to the ocean waves.

This place was special. The unit itself was very well stocked and extremely clean. The view and beach so great! We love this area, quiet and not crowded. The sunrises were wonderful. Got to see a launch at night too. The owners were very responsive.

A lot of places have nice pictures but then you stay there and the furniture is hard and uncomfortable. Not this place! Has everything you need to stay at the beach including beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas. Lots of space for you to unpack and put stuff away. Highly recommend 🏝😊

Very nice place to stay

The condo was very well laid out and had a beautiful view. The kitchen was the very well stocked, easily the best we've experienced. The balcony was a little on the smaller side, but there were only three of us, so it was perfect for us. Beds were very comfortable and bedrooms and closets more than big enough. Lots of storage (dressers, drawers, closets). We liked that the balcony was accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. Sofas were a little uncomfortable, but that is to be expected when you are dealing with sofa sleepers. Plenty of restaurants and shopping just down the road. Overall, a very nice experience and would definitely recommend.

Ocean talks to you all Night!

Just what we were looking for! The description of the property was very accurate and offered the ocean views and sounds we were hoping to experience while visiting family in Ormond Beach. The property is super convenient and easy to come and go if you are traveling with older relatives unlike a resort where you might need to walk a mile just to get to your room or the beach. Peaceful, quiet condo and great amenities. We will definitely return!

Absolutely Perfect

This condo was immaculate. It was very clean and accommodating. It was very spacious and relaxing for my family of 4 and the views of the beach and ocean are perfect. This place is a gem and I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else for vacation. The owner communicated with us frequently and asked if we had any concerns or requests. My family and I will definitely book this condo again next year!

Wonderful Family Friendly Condo & Beach!

Highly Recommend!! The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms very nice, and the kitchen was stocked with items to use to cook with! The pool area was very clean, and the beach was just beautiful Ormond Beach and the condo exceeded our expectations. The owner of the condo is super responsive too with any questions we had.

The place is beautifully updated and in a great location just north enough from Daytona to not be swarmed by large groups of people. Plenty of room at the beach. We were very impressed that the condo was well equipped with more than you would need on a trip away from home. They thought of everything. The items available to use on the beach, multiple kitchen amenities, and more. The view of the Ocean from the windows and balcony are breath taking. We love the lay out of the kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very large and accommodating. The water pressure for the showers was great. We had a wonderful 5 days and would definitely return.
