The architecturally designed balcony apartment is the whole top floor with separate private entrance, undercover parking and offers welcome and style with all amenities to enjoy elegant beachside living made easy. Fabulous kitchen with views. Big living areas with views.

King Size beds, luxurious couches, 1 full bathroom with bath and walk in shower and a separate large powder room and toilet. Luxury linens, fans heating and air-conditioning make Beachside 880 an all year round destination. A complete internal hidden laundry is great for families.

Fabulous chef's kitchen , your own barbecue on the deck or simply choose from the dining opportunities in Busselton including gold plate award winning restaurants, and the Margaret River wineries just 30 minutes away.

The beach is 50 metres in front of the apartment and safe swimming, parks, jetty jumping, cafes, bars, shopping, yacht club and restaurants are nearby. For the active guests, the tennis club, skate park, children's fun park, cycling are close by with safe swimming and the famous Busselton Jetty and underwater observatory. And there is a deep relaxing bath to enjoy soaking your cares away.

Easter getaway

Fabulous stay at Beachside 880. Fantastic location - walk across the road for a run, swim or leisurely stroll. Come home and bask on the balcony in the glorious Busselton sunshine. We buoyed every minute. Thank you to Peter and Sue our very responsive hosts!

Exceptional property

We loved this place! It was directly opposite the beach with ocean views, 5 min walk to assorted restaurants and shops, super clean, extremely modern, really comfortable beds and furniture. The hosts were so helpful and accommodating with local information and recommendations. Could not recommend highly enough.

Another day in paradise

This is our second time staying at this beautiful property. It has everything you could possibly need , really well thought out and beautifully presented! If location is what you're after, look no further. Whilst everyone is hunting round for a parking space, you just need to grab your towel, cross the road and your on the beach/jetty for a swim or fishing. The ocean is well protected from the wind and for that extra peace of mind, it has a safety net. Its the perfect spot for a summer holiday and has something for the whole family to enjoy. The town centre is a short walk away for supplies/shopping/resturants/ cafes and the weekend markets are literally over the road. We recommend 'The Hummingbird' to eat. Make sure you check out the small shops and malls off the main drag as well, as they have some nice clothes & gift shops. Of course, this place is so nice that you may just want to sit on the balcony for a bbq and perhaps a drink or two ans watch the world go by. I highly recommend staying!

Great location and well appointed accommodation

Busselton is a great town and the apartment is central to just about everything as well as having a fantastic view. Good cafes, shops and the Busselton Jetty. Lockable garage is very convenient. Beds comfy and plenty of space for 4. Quiet at night. Across the road from the beach. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the area.

Great modern place that is very spacious and fitted out with everything you need. The location is so good being walking distance to the Busselton foreshore. The hosts were more than accommodating. Would highly recommend and would definitely rebook in the future.

Great house in a great location

This is a fantastic property. The location is ideal to walk into Busselton, walk along the foreshore or sit on the balcony and watch the sun set. We loved staying here and will be back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed - the jetty walk is a must. Dining was close by as was the supermarket. Apartment very well equipped to cook anything f you like. Beautiful outlook from the verandah to the beach.

Beautiful location right on the beach. Close to the beach, the jetty, all the shops, cafes and restaurants in Busselton. Nice and clean equipped kitchen and bedrooms are great for a family of 4. Enjoyed BBQ on the large balcony which we also had breakfast and watched sunsets. We would recommend this apartment and hopefully we'll be back in the future!

The location of this home was absolutely perfect. You could not ask for a better spot. Well equipped with everything you could need for a weekend or extended stay . Exceptionally clean and tidy with a very comfortable bed . Communication with the hosts was promot and they were both incredibly helpful when I needed to make changes . Stunning accomodation and views of the beach. Had all the ammenities we needed. Location is easily accessible to the shops. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Peter made sure we were comfortable with our stay. Had issues with the wifi but Peter was quick to have it fixed.

We love the ocean and welcome the chance to be near it every day - in it as we love swimming, on it as we love sailing and surfing and stand up paddling, and walking next to it, bbq - ing near it, watching the sunset over it!! having a comfortable, relaxed home to share is wonderful.

What makes this property unique

The chance to build something that gives us such close proximity to this magical place was once in a lifetime. We built to share the home and make others feel as at home here as we do. It's unique balcony with wide views across the bay is a perfect place to enjoy beachside life. It's special open kitchen and living room with views and the spectacular glass doors mean you can enjoy the views in comfort all year round.
