Noble Retreat - Pet Friendly

Noble Retreat is located in the established area of Barwon Heads holiday village.

This comfortable 3 bedroom family home has accommodation for up to 6 people with one queen bed and 4 single beds. It features a split-system reverse cycle air-conditioner, ceiling fans and heated spa bath. Equipped with oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Disabled access is from the rear entrance.

Linen and bedding are supplied so guests need only bring their personal items.

The backyard features a BBQ in a shaded area with heritage moonah trees which attract a range of native wildlife, and a sheltered gazebo. The yard is securely fenced providing off-street parking for two cars and a boat trailer.

The house is a short walk from a large off-leash park, a dog friendly river beach (low tide only), fishing spots, family friendly surf and river beaches, supermarket, cafes, restaurants, a range of speciality shops and hotel. Walking trails around Barwon Heads offer a range of scenery including cliff top, sand dunes, river and native wetlands.

Fishing is popular from the bank and nearby jetties in the estuary and boat launching ramps on both sides of the Barwon River make for easy access to the sea.

Barwon Heads is close to quality golf courses, surf beaches, boat launch facilities, Bellarine and Geelong region wineries and gateway to the Great Ocean Road and the Otways. The major regional shopping hub in Geelong is 20 minutes drive away. For the more adventurous, fishing charters, scenic flights, sky diving and sailboard riding are available locally.

Relaxing stay in beautiful house

We loved our stay. The house was spacious, with everything we needed provided, nice and central to shops, the beach and Barwon River fishing spots. The yard was nice and secure for our dog, with a dog door so she could come and go. Would definitely stay again!

Very homely and comfortable

We had a lovely stay, very homely and comfortable. Garden was amazing, lovely plants, due for little weed and prune though. Facilities were all we needed, clean and easy. Loved the atmosphere with oriental decor and garden. Perfect for our doggy also.decor and gRden.

A happy surprise

We were so surprised when we entered the house. It was so much more spacious than we saw on line. It was homely and welcoming and comfortable. It had everything we needed- and more. The back garden is lovely.

Ideal getaway with a very small dog. She loved the garden and it was totally secure.

Very welcoming. My family enjoyed a visit. The air-conditioning and ceiling fans worked efficiently during the heat wave. Two small suggestions: that the owners' possessions be stored separately, perhaps in a locked cupboard. Also that the cleaners check the skirting boards and the corners at ground level, especially in the bathrooms. Otherwise everything else was clean.

Family Holiday

This property ticked all our boxes. Walking distance to Main Street, river pier and river beach. Spacious and clean - everything we needed. Not sterile - a home to feel comfortable in. Our little Jack Russel was very happy and secure.

Great spot

This house is in a great location in Barwon heads, easy walking distance to the shops, river beach and boat ramp. It has a charming garden which is very secure for doggos. The house is well oriented with a lovely sunny living and dining area at the rear. Beds were comfortable, and appreciated good books and board games. Communication with Boris was good, including the help he gave us with some issues we had on arrival. The only downside was that the house, particularly storage areas like robes and cupboards, was quite cluttered and the kitchen could have done with some fresh utensils (eg knives). Overall we had a lovely stay and would come again.

So peaceful

We have really enjoyed our stay here. The house is comfortable and well equipped, the area is quiet and there's a friendly magpie :) So we've extended our stay. Highly recommended.

Perfect family stay with doggos.

Located only a short walk to the river, the town and the local reserve/playgrounds you’d think you’d be caught in a bit of hustle and bustle…? Nope! This property is tucked away and provides absolute tranquillity from the backyard and rear of the house - where living areas are located. It’s large, secure gates gave us peace of mind, having both our dog and small children holidaying with us. The home was comfortable and immaculate. The separate toilet, bathroom (with spa bath) and laundry set-up was particularly practical for those with small children. The lush green garden with many established trees provided amble shade throughout the day - we ate many a lunch out in the backyard!! This home has everything you need for the perfect stay down in Barwon Heads, particularly for those with a young family or accompanying pooch/es.

Great family and pet friendly holiday home

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. The house was spacious for our family of four and pet dog. There are all the conveniences we needed including a spacious and well appointed kitchen and laundry, bbq and large outdoor area. The beautiful rear garden was such a highlight. The location is terrific being so close to the shops and beach.

Perfect pet friendly stay

We had a lovely stay in this property that is comfortable for people and dogs alike. Everything worked - dishwasher, cooking, aircon, lights etc. Clean and tidy with excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities. Fence was secure. Communication with the owner was clear and fast. Thankyou Boris!

Great pet friendly getaway

Convenient location and cosy pet friendly accommodation. Has all the basics for a house stay although there are a few areas that need updating (furniture is dated and it’s cluttered, also no wifi), but for the price it’s great value. Would gladly recommend to anyone looking for a pet friendly trip.

Golfing Weekend Away

The location of the property was ideal. Short walk to shops and beach for the family. Property was pet friendly which meant our four legged family member could come away too. The property was clean and tidy but there were a few things that could have done with some maintenance.

I really enjoyed my stay here, everything that i needed was there, a well equiped home . Boris was very helpful with any queries i had. the neighbourhood was lovely and quiet with plenty of birdlife, very close to the river, parks and shops. the perfect location.
