Our home is located in a quiet, safe and friendly neighbourhood. Ideal for both the adventurous and those who want to kick back and relax. All within the immediate area: surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUPing (Stand Up Paddle), diving, bike riding, running paths, skateboarding and golf or if sitting back and relaxing is more your thing then chose from many of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas, shops or bespoke boutiques to spend your time.

-Situated between Torquay surf beach and the calm Front Beach.
- Located approximately 700 metres to the gorgeous Cosy Corner Beach and Surf beaches.
- 2 minute stroll to Bell St cafe's, restaurants, and shops.
- Less than 10 minute stroll to the heart of central Torquay, where there is an abundance of great cafes, restaurants, bars and boutique stores.
- A 10 minute stroll to the Surf City surf shops and cafes.
- Or take a short 10 minute drive to the famous Bells Beach.

Getting Around:
Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to the shops, parkland, Torquay main beach, and Torquay Front Beach (Cosy Corner). Parking is only available on the driveway and on the street (not in garage).

Lovely modern property

We had a great stay, the property was very clean and was well stocked with supplies - something that stands out from others we've stayed in. As others have mentioned, there is quite a bit of noise at night with pub music and people walking past when the pub closes. If you're a night bird, it's fine! Management was great with communication and responded quickly to any queries. Walking distance to the beach and shops. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Easy walk to beach and shopping strips

Very clean well appointed apartment. Easy walk to surf and main beach’s with local restaurants and eateries short stroll also. Great location , bit noisy with pub at end of street however it was in peak time so expected with current travel restrictions.
