Delightful upscale accommodation with beautiful panoramic water views. Room with private bathroom and large balcony overlooking water. 10 minutes to Charleston city center in quiet neighborhood. Guests arriving by boat have private dock facility at the property. The beautiful waterfront views from the bedrooms, spectacular sunsets, and available crabbing and fishing dock right on the Intracoastal Waterway all contribute to a most memorable stay.

To clarify about the rental, It is a large room with private bathroom with large balcony/sundeck overlooking the water ( Not a whole Property). Also, included in the booking is a full breakfast. Use of the grounds and dock are open for you to enjoy.

The facility and grounds were immaculate, which was surprising, considering how soon we visited after a hurricane went through the area. Our hosts were so friendly and helpful with suggestions for dining. We look forward to returning.

Awesome!!!

Our stay was wonderful. Zack and Rob were so personable and welcoming. We loved every minute of our stay. The house was perfect, the grounds and view were beautiful, and we left we had two new friends. Also, their coffee and smoothies were so good!! Thank you so much Rob and Zach!!

Pretty spot but issue with owner

We booked without being informed of a neighbor’s birthday party on property complete with a band. We were told the party ended at 10 but had to confront manager twice about excessive noise, the last just before 11. Couldn’t sleep until after 11:30 due to kitchen cleaning noises. The owner was rude to my wife the day before cutting her off twice during a conversation and calling her “hun” when he couldn’t talk over her. Not the experience I expect from a bed and breakfast in a quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful weekend getaway

Beautiful home with flower gardens and amazing views of water. Hosts were outstanding in welcoming and making everyone feel at home. Beautiful inside home and hearty and healthy big breakfast served. Quiet neighborhood wonderful for walks. Highly recommend.

Awesome Time at Waterway B & B

The Waterway B & B was beautiful with orchids in all rooms meticulously cared for and lots of space to relax.nThe town of West Ashley is sweet and has everything you need. Great restaurants and more. Anyone wanting a week or weekend get a way should check this place out for sure.
