WESTIN Resorts
Our cancellation policy is you can make any changes or cancellation 61 days or more prior to your arrival, once you are within 60 days there is no changes or cancellations allowed; There is a cancellation fee of $ 50 regardless to pay in the event of a cancellation.

61 days plus from check in = 100% refund - $50 cancellation fee
60 days or less from check in = NO Cancellation + $50 cancellation fee

This unit is not necessarily the one in the picture; it will be assigned at the time of check-in.

Construction Updates
The Westin Desert Willow Villas will be undergoing a refresh of our villas from Aug. 13, 2023, through Dec. 24, 2023. Construction activity and noise will occur between the hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Cashless Resort
There is no cash available at this resort and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.

General Property Updates
Parking for nightly rental guest effective Jan. 1, 2021 will be $20 per night.
Please note: Parking is not available on site for larger vehicles such as motorhomes, vehicles with trailers, watercraft, or similar. Please contact the property in advance for assistance.

The Game Room, open daily from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m., not only features air hockey and pool tables but is also the ideal destination for the video gamers in your group.

Please note video game rentals are available daily until 5 p.m. at the Mirage Sun Shop. You may bring your own games to the Game Room to play until close.

Nature Tours
Visit the historic Sunnylands Visitors Center and take the Sunnylands Guided Garden Tour where you’ll experience a peaceful one-hour walk through the wildflower fields, labyrinth and desert gardens as well as learn the inspiration for the Center and Garden design.

Resort Pools
It’s easy to spend an afternoon, full day or more enjoying the many pristine pools at your resort. Splash into the refreshing, family-friendly Main Pool or soothing Whirlpool Spa. When looking for a little more action, head over to the high-energy Sport Pool featuring Volleyball and Basketball nets, a fun Family Pool and a winding 159-foot water slide called the Jimmy Jammer.

Please note that the resort recognizes a mandatory 10-minute pool break every day at noon. This provides all with a reminder and opportunity to reapply sunscreen while resting for a bit.

The Jimmy Jammer waterslide has a mandatory 48-inch height requirement.

Sports & Recreation
Do you have game? Find the time to step onto the Basketball Court for a friendly game or practice your free throws. The fun and competition doesn’t stop on this court. Head over to the Volleyball Court, where you can really dig in and show off your serve. When you’re ready for a new challenge, grab a few friends and start a lively Ping-Pong or Billiards tournament. All are great ways to stay energized and refreshed while on vacation.

Remember the Mirage Sun Shop is your one-stop to stock up on all the sporting gear you need including rackets, basketballs (court or pool), volleyballs, ping-pong balls and billiard equipment.
