This Family Holiday House is located on a quiet street, close to parks and walking distance to shops & the beach (approx. 600m). Large enough to accommodate the extended family or a couple of families.
Chitta Chiita is an older style home But fitted out with everything you'll need to enjoy your family getaway and minimalizing what you need to bring with you. There is amble parking for cars and boats on the long double concrete driveway (we ask you don't park on the grass) . The secured back yard is grassed and equipped with outdoor table and chair and gas BBQ.

Out the front is an outdoor lounge where you can sit under the veranda and enjoy your morning cuppa tea.

Minimum stay 1 night during the week.

Linen IS PROVIDED inc sheets, doonas, pillows, bath towels 2 x bath mats, 2 tea towels ( this is at a cost of $99 which is added at time of booking)
You need to bring
BYO Beach towels
BYO face washers
BYO extra tea towels and bath mats

The lawn reticulation will come on Mon, Wed & Fri mornings. Please do not tamper with retic times.

Instant Gas HWS is located at the rear of the property. If the Hot water runs out it probably means the gas bottle has run out. There is always a spare gas bottle on site - BUT please when you flick the tap to the new gas bottle please notify the owner so the empty gas bottle can be replaced (No charge to you)

Rubbish Bins are collected early Tuesday morning. During your stay please place rubbish bins on verge Monday nights, and when leaving the property at the end of your stay (even if its a Fri or Sat or Sun) PLEASE leave the bin out for collection on verge.

We put allot of time and effort into maintaining the lawns PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS
No vehicles allowed in the back yard.

We understand accidents happen and sometimes things get broken.... that's ok - please just notify us so we can replace them and have Chitta Chitta presented well for our next guests. You will not be charged for accidental breakages.
Money will only be deducted from your Bond for malicious damage to property or if the property if left in disarray and/or extra cleaning is required.

We ask that you leave the property clean and tidy.
ALL dishes must be washed and put away .
Beds DO NOT have to be made. Leave towels in the bathroom and linen on the beds ( they will be striped and remade by cleaner after your departure)
BBQ MUST be CLEANED!!

Chitta Chitta has septic tanks - PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH anything extra down toilets .
PLEASE DO NOT tip fat or oil down kitchen drain (put it in a sealed container & in rubbish bin)

We want you to enjoy your stay at Chitta Chitta and will be available to answer any queries or questions you have regarding your booking
