GREAT LOCATION 1 BLOCK TO OCEAN PARK AREA 2 BR LARGE HOUSE!
The apartment itself is on the first floor. When you walk in the apartment you see the open concept kitchen and living room area. In the space you will find a fully equipped kitchen. I have pots and pans if you which to cook on the stove. You have all the utensils, plates and cups you need. I have provided a coffee maker too. The first room has a queen size bed, a night table and a three drawer chest to store your belongings AND AIR CONDITIONER. There is an additional queen bed in the second bedroom with a spacious closet where you will find additional linen, towels and hangers, AND ALSO AN AIR CONDITIONER. The bathroom has everything you need and is fully functional with HOT water 24/7 I have provided towels, soap and other personal hygiene products. I maintain very high standards on cleanliness. Feel secure in knowing your well being is very important to me and you will arrive to a very well kept and clean apartment. AIR CONDITIONER IN BOTH BEDROOMS.
