About this property

This newly furnished 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse condo sits just 2 blocks away from the Beach. All three bedrooms and two baths are upstairs and 1/2 bath is downstairs. Amenities include a community swimming pool and tennis courts that are available for your use. There is 1 designated parking spot. You have a patio downstairs and a private balcony off of the master bedroom on the 2nd floor. Condo will sleep up to 6 people with a King in the master bedroom, a Queen in the second bedroom, and 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom. This condo also includes WiFi and Cable Television.

Bed and bath linens provided, just bring your beach towels. A starter kit of supplies (bathroom tissue, paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent) is included and there are several stores close by where you can stock up for your stay.

Sorry, no pets allowed. This property is available for monthly rentals.

Fabulous place!

We really enjoyed the property! It was large enough to hold my family for the Thanksgiving holiday and a short walk to the beach to enjoy the ocean! Seems pretty to mention but all the beds were extremely hard which made for an uncomfortable night. I had other family members renting other properties in the area , and we all mentioned returning next year. I would not choose this property specifically because of the beds, which is unfortunate as everything else was FANTASTIC!!!

Escape from the heat.

We were so excited to spend our summer holidays in Fernandina Beach. We chose this spot because of its location- perfect for our family. Before arriving we contacted whoever was managing the account and asked a few questions. We were told a regular Mr. Coffee will be available since we like to brew a pot and not use a bunch of pods. Next we asked if there were any beach items provided: tent, wagon, chairs. The response was no. So, we packed up and flew with a tent, a wagon and towels. Arrived to no coffee maker and yes to a tent and chairs. Whoever is managing the property is failing the owner. We went outside to enjoy the area as it was pictured and the umbrella was completely broken rendering the space useless. I contacted the management and no one responded. Cockroaches were in the condo, flying wasps live in the walls - oh, no paper towels or hangers were provided as well. Lovely spot - poorly managed.

Great stay in a quiet beach town

Condo worked out great. We have stayed in this area multiple times and love the Fernandina area. The condo is well setup and easy to access. A keyless entry rather than having to stop at the real estate office was about the only thing to make this any better. Even that is only a 5 minute drive away.

Perfect location

My family stayed here during our spring break vacation. The location was absolutely perfect. It’s a short walk to the beach. It was quiet and a short ride to the skate park, the town park and historic down town. The townhouse was a good size as well as the bedrooms. The only thing we didn’t care for was the kitchen. It’s very narrow and dark. The non stick pans were severely scratched. The dishwasher was covered in mold. Overall we liked the townhouse very much, just not the kitchen :-)
