House in gated community, total infrastructure pool, court, sauna. House with barbecue, deck, jacuzzi, games room with pool, geek and card. Modern. All porcelain floors. All reformed. 02 suites and 02 rooms. Social bathroom, toilet and full bathroom in the barbecue area. 04 TVs in the house, with sky and wifi available. We have included in the rental a helper who will be available for cleaning in a few days.
