This large, comfortable and beautifully furnished split leveled, three-storied home has all the amenities you want, and it is just down the road from Main Street Breckenridge! All new Kitchen and bathrooms Summer 2023! Sleeps 12 comfortably. Seven minutes from ski slopes on maintained roads, the 4 miles to town is an easy scenic drive past open areas, mountain views and the small mountain lake known as the Goose Pasture Tarn.
The flat driveway from highway to garage is always maintained after a snowfall. The house sits 60 yards from the Highway 9. View of Red mountain in the front of home and National forest in the back! This home is private, yet close to all the activities, shops and restaurants. We just added five 10Ft Colorado Spruce for added privacy in the back by the deck!

You will enjoy the warm fireplaces on the sunny main and upper floors, radiant heat throughout, and the large, always hot and ready to use brand new 7 person hot tub on back deck which is surrounded by trees. Top of the line gas fire pit surrounded by 6 Adirondack chairs waiting for you on the deck!

Surrounded by windows, this 3,332 sq. ft. home is open, bright and inviting with two large family rooms, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms PLUS a large game room with pool table and TV downstairs. Multiple generations and families will all have a place to gather and relax and make wonderful memories. Sleeps 12 in beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in game room.

The full sized washer & dryer on top floor and another full sized set on the bottom level makes for convenience with a house full of people. All smart TVs in the living areas and bedrooms that have a tv. All bedrooms have humidifiers. There is high speed wifi throughout the house. Two car detached garage with plenty of space for your car, skis and boards.

Great for families

This place has a ton of room and is really great for families. Everything was very clean. It is very easy to get to from downtown Breck- about a 7 minute drive.

Great house

Although we had a few problems due to the renovation finishing the very day, we got there, the owner has been very fair with compensating our inconveniences. The house is great three floors so everybody can spread out , outdoor space was wonderful, we enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit and the grill each night! Beautiful views in a treed lot.

Great Family House

Great family home with all needed accommodations for multiple nights. There was enough space for everyone to spread out, 3 floors. We cooked each morning and evening - there were plenty of options for cookware and dishes. Dining table fit all 8 of us comfortably. We used the pool table, 2 laundries, grill, hot tub, etc with no issues. Very happy with our stay, and would definitely rent again in the future.

Awesome

This house was great, suited our needs perfectly. We had three families with kids of various ages and the three floors provided just the perfect amount of space and mostly congregated near the kitchen. It was quite clear the Owners spend some time there, because it was all tip-top. (And they have the best squeegee ever in the main shower) it was all around fantastic, We already have two that want to rent based on our experience. There are excellent binders prepared on the details of the home, maybe in your listing you might consider a list of all the household items you have. We brought things like crock pots, etc, that we didn't really need to bring. All in all, a fantastic visit. I am hopeful we left it better than we found it. Thank you

Amazing home with all the amenities you need

To start, this home had everything you could possibly need. There were no short comings when it came to needing extra linens, blankets, humidifiers etc. The home was gracefully decorated with touches of Christmas cheer and the location was perfect. Not close enough to walk but a very very short drive to Breck. My only dislikes were that fans had dust built up on them and the dishwasher had left over food that did look like he had been there for a long time. The owners may need to have a talk with their house cleaners. My expectations for a home as pricey as this is that fans are free of dust and other appliances are deep cleaned especially given the cost of housekeeping charged. My other dislike was finding out if we had more trash than the big can could hold, we would be charged $45. As feedback, it is unfair to host a home this big that houses a ton of ppl and expect them to be there for an extended stay and not over exceed the size of the trash can. For the price of the stay, the owners should cover that cost. That is an unrealistic additional cost to place on renters. We almost did not have enough room but made it work. Aside from those things, the hosts were great to work with and even came down on Thanksgiving to try and fix a remote control and Tv issue we had. Overall I would rate this place great and would stay again!

A great time in the mountains of CO!

We enjoyed the home greatly. It was well provisioned with plenty of silverware, dishes, etc for our group of 10! Everything was just what we expected and the small issue that arose during our 5 day stay was dealt with quickly and professionally. It was a great home base for our family reunion.

Gorgeous Lodge With Everything You Need!

We took a motorcycle trip (4 couples) through the state and made the Grand B Lodge our centerpoint for 3 days. The lodge is beautiful and literally has EVERYTHING you could possibly need! The hottub is huge and the firepit is also gorgeous (seriously, a must-see!!) and being outside of the lodge was amazing. When it got chilly we hung around inside with the fireplace and played pool. The kitchen is well-stocked, we had extra blankets to carry around with us if we needed it. We literally couldn’t have asked for anything more! Every single thing we needed, was right there for us. It’s only a 10 minute drive to Breckenridge and really is a great central location to see the best of the state. You absolutely cannot go wrong with this place! Thank you SO much for providing us an amazing stay!

Mountain Getaway

We are from Texas and take a summer trip to Colorado every year to escape the heat! This cabin was beautiful and well stocked. We had EVERYTHING we needed for our stay! Plenty of room for everyone. Our time always goes by way to fast. It was very cozy and warm. It was hard to pack up and leave!

Great Location

Beautiful home

Group of us stayed 2 nights. We managed to hit the rare May 20th snow storm. Got about 15” of snow. Had a nice, cozy time inside. There were some issues with low to non existent water flow in the sinks, but overall had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed the pool table, abundant game selection, and fire places. (We left notes for the property manager re: water issues, didn’t contact them during our stay. I’m sure they’ll be addressed after we leave. ). Beautiful property.

Colorado Thanksgiving

We had such a wonderful time in Breckenridge over Thanksgiving! We came from CA and met our Chicago family to spend a week together at this beautiful home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home has great accommodations for a large group. Our kids loved the hot tub—especially sitting out there at night with the snow all around! The view of the mountains out the front windows is gorgeous, and we even saw moose in the snow right out front one afternoon. The kitchen is well-stocked with all cookware and utensils you need, though we were only a few miles from town so very close to restaurants, skiing, etc as well. It was so beautiful in snowy November but would love to come back and stay in the spring or summer as well! Thanks for sharing your gorgeous home with our family.

Happy Birthday Grandma!

This property was absolutely perfect for our group! Grandma recently turned 75, and all she wanted was to spend time with her children and their families. With one of the grandkids being a Cadet at USAFA, a ski weekend in Breckenridge was the perfect option for our families! Thank you for a fantastic stay with great memories!

Great Family Vacation

The Grand B Lodge was the perfect stay for our two families of 4 including 4 college-aged adults. The cabin is very well appointed, including a fully stocked kitchen, enough towels and linens for everyone, fireplaces, pool table, separate living area for the guys, and an awesome hot tub for after a long day skiing. We definitely recommend this property and would book it again without question. The 4 miles drive to Breckenridge is quick and easy on a well maintained road. Parking and busses to the lifts are easy and convenient in Breckenridge. The Grand B Lodge is very comfortable and well maintained. It snowed the last night we were there and the driveway was plowed right before we checked out. As we were leaving, the spa guy came to maintain the spa. They have everything taken care of so you can enjoy your stay. Breckenridge is a cute town with great skiing; there is something for everyone. The only downside is that results in lots of cars on the roads, and crowds in the restaurants and on the lifts. But, that is probably no different from the other ski resorts in Colorado... If you select the Grand B Lodge, you will not be disappointed.

Mark and I live in Texas and have 6 children and a son-in-law, two dogs and cat! Mark is a native Texan, and I am originally from Arkansas. We have always loved the mountains and active lifestyle here, especially the skiing in the winter and hiking and fishing in the cool weather of summer. Of course the sitting around the fire pit and relaxing in the hot tub after an active day is part of it as well! We are thrilled to share our vacation home so others can enjoy the breath-taking natural beauty of the Colorado Rockies.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Breckenridge the moment we came here, and we felt the warmth of the local community and the true love people have for this part of Colorado. We wanted to share in that, and we feel so fortunate and blessed to have a place to call home in the mountains where we can relax and unwind with our children, family and friends. What makes this property unique

We found the perfect house for us that is close enough to town so it isn't a chore driving in, and far enough away to feel like we are in our own special place in the mountains. We love sitting around playing games and relaxing as much as we do rigorous hikes and ski runs! We love that our older children can go exploring up the mountain in our back yard and come home with stories of secret mountain meadows, relaxing in ENO hammocks and adventures with their cousins, and that there are hiking trails for all levels a few minutes from our home. We love the rivers, creeks and mountain lakes or tarns to explore and fish with our family and friends. We love that all can enjoy the mountain activities in the winter and come back here to unwind in the hot tub or in one of the many common areas of the house. Our home is technically in Blue River, surrounded by the borders of Breckenridge, and we love that this valley is a place enjoyable even for the less adventurous or active in our family having great shops, galleries, restaurants and services just up the road on Main Street Breck.
