Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and is located on the first floor. It has a window by the beds headrest, so you'll be gingerly awakened each morning with natural light. It is equipped with a private entrance to the first floor bathroom. Two vanities on either side are just outside the bathroom door. It has a large closet, dresser and Roku TV.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and is located on the first floor next to the master bedroom . It has a large closet, TV and two windows. It shares a bathroom with the master bedroom.
Third Bedroom
The third bedroom is located on the fourth floor and is equipped with two twin beds. It has a skyline window with a sliding shade, and contains a dresser and sliding mirror closet for storage.
Bedroom Nook/Loft
On your way up to the third bedroom is a small bedroom nook just off the stair case with a sofa bed and a twin mattress which is reached by ladder.
Living Room/Dining Room
The living and dining rooms are located on the second main floor and are furnished with one queen sofa bed, one twin sofa bed, and a dining table for six. TV. The rooms have vaulted ceilings and have plenty of natural lighting. Relax and watch TV next to the fireplace.
Kitchen
The kitchen is located just off the dining room containing an oven, four-burner electric stove, and a breakfast bar. Additionally, the kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and garbage disposal.
Deck
Just outside the living room is a private deck behind a wall of pine trees. The deck has a barbecue grill and two comfortable lawn chairs.
Community Amenities
The community offers residents access to a clubhouse, pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. FREE outdoor parking

The free city bus line stops right in front of the condo building which can take you to Deer Valley base lift in 5 minutes. Another bus stop a block away can take you to Park City's Main St. in under 5 minutes. You can walk to the base camp ski lift at Park City Mountain Resort which is a block and a half away.

Refunds or considerations are only possible if problems are reported during your stay, and are not gaurenteed.
CONDITION OF PROPERTY:
Please leave the property in the same condition as during check-in, normal wear and tear excepted. PMI Park City or its agents may enter for repairs or maid service at reasonable times with prior written or verbal communication. Cooking is only allowed in designated areas. Guests must promptly report fire or damage. Liability extends to family, invitees, employees, or other guests. Subletting is prohibited. Guests must return all keys and openers upon departure; failure may result in a minimum $50 charge per item. Compliance with House Rules is mandatory, including no pets and no indoor smoking.
INSURANCE:
PMI includes an accidental damage protection policy of $59 in the nightly rental fees and is covered up to $5000 in accidental damages. Any damages that amount exceeds $5000, the remaining balance is to be paid by the Guest. Guest understands that this insurance does not cover damage or loss to Guest belongings. It only covers accidental damage to the property and/or contents caused by Guest.
Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. These policies are in place for your safety, as well as the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid.
