Villa Florida Belle - Solana Resort - Luxury Orlando Villa close to Disney

Newly built in November 2005
on the gated resort of Solana.

Luxurious air-conditioned 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Villa.

Swimming Pool:

The Pool area has open views and has a 26' x 12' heated pool with seperate jacuzzi. Around the pool is an extended decking area for sunbathing, provided for your comfort are 4 sun loungers and table with umbrella to seat up to 6 people. The whole area is screened to keep insects out but lets the sun in.

Living Room / Dining Room:

A comfortable room for relaxing with ample seating including a 3 seater sofa and two 2 seater sofas.

The large dining table seats up to 6 people.

Family Room:

The spacious family room, which overlooks the pool area, has comfortable sofa's and an entertainment centre comprising of a large screen cable TV, DVD Player, plus a CD stereo player. For your enjoyment we have also provided a Playstation with a selection of games for little kids and big kids. We also have a selection of board games and books.

There is access to the pool via patio doors.

Kitchen & Breakfast Nook:

The spacious fully equipped Kitchen includes an American Style oven, Fridge with freezer compartment, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Kettle and Coffee maker.

Within the garage there is a utility area which has a washing machine and tumble dryer. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

Games Room:

A fully fitted games room with table football, full size pool table and air hockey game.

Wireless FiOS internet access available for use with your portable PC.

En-Suite Master Bedroom:

The room is complete with King-Size bed, nightstands with lamps, Cable TV, hairdryer, separate spacious walk-in wardrobe.

The en-suite has a walk-in shower, corner bath, basin and toilet.

En-Suite Bedroom 2:

This room is complete with Queen-Size bed, nightstands with lamps, Cable TV, hairdryer and walk-in wardrobe.

The en-suite has a bath with glass shower enclosure, basin and toilet.

Great Place to stay.

A lovely holiday home, especially for families with youngsters and teens with the addition of the games room as well as the pool. House is clean and well equipped however access to the online property guide was not available and there is nothing at the property providing local information, emergency information or appliance use instructions etc. however Marali and Becky were quick to respond to our messages and questions. Our drive to International Drive for Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Seaworld and back again was about an hour each way, there was a lot of roadworks at the time of our stay early July 2024 which seemed to be the primary cause as we did experience long traffic queues so may be quicker or slower at different times of the day right now. The heating of the pool and spa is not included so beware of additional cost if you require it. The house is in a gated community with security and felt very safe and the area is kept extremely clean and tidy and quiet however we were surprised to be woken up at around 6-00am on the days the dustbins were emptied. Overall, this is great place to stay and we enjoyed it very much and would definitely recommend it. For anyone visiting for the first time, we also highly advise to seek out the local Aldi supermarkets as prices are considerably cheaper than Publix and fresh produce is amazing!

Beautiful Resort

This home is in a quiet, gated smaller resort area. We were close to everything Orlando has to offer, as well as grocery stores. The home itself was perfect for us and the resort staff were super. The property manager responded quickly to our questions regarding garbage/recycling and the check-out procedures we should follow. We have stayed in Orlando many times, but I’d say this home and resort has been our favorite!

Good stay with some hiccups

The house was very clean upon arrival, aside from some hair in the bathroom drawer and in some towels (I personally find hair revolting)! After traveling for 3 days I was very excited to catch up on laundry when getting to the house, only to find out the washer didn't work. After reporting the problem we learned that the owner was aware of the problem but didn't inform us. We were then told they couldn't get a new washer delivered until Wednesday (4 days after our arrival). So we hauled our laundry off to the laundry mat which was a huge inconvenience and waste of time! Wednesday at 1:30pm the new washer was installed. We had left for the day and were thrilled to come back to a working washer only to find the hot tub and pool pump not working. Again I texted the owner and he suggested we call the emergency line since the pool water was really warm (It may sound silly but after a chilly evening at the beach all we wanted was to chill in the hot tube) I did so they said they'd put an order in and they'd call me with an update. After not hearing from them for over 12 hours I called them again and they said they put in an "urgent" notice. A couple hours later we had someone by our pool. No notice or knocking or anything. He was just there. The pool/hot tube issue didn't get resolved and we couldn't use them for the last 2 day. This was very disappointing as our boys were in the pool from sun up to sun down and my husband and I were in the hot tub every morning and evening.

Beautiful Home!

This is a very beautiful and spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. My family and I had a great relaxing time. We would definitely stay here again. It actually took us an hour to or from Universal Studios because of very heavy traffic. Otherwise all else was good.

Great Orlando Rental Home

Our family of six had a wonderful stay in this home. It was spacious, and we loved the pool. The neighborhood was quiet which was nice after a day at the theme parks. The location was convenient to various stores and to the Disney or Universal Parks - traffic was not ever an issue for us. My only constructive feedback would be to have different bedding for two of the smaller bedrooms. In the original photos the beds have nice printed bedspreads, but when we were arrived they just had plain white duvets which were a bit boring and a bit impractical for children. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. We would definitely recommend this house to others. Five stars.

Lovely villa

Lovely villa, decent location, lots of space. Only niggles were the delay in receiving the check in details which caused a lot of unnecessary last minute panics - Vrbo said it would be 3 days before but I had to chase and got them 1 day before. The fence round the pool was also a bit of a pain and a surprise as it wasnt in the pics, but understandable for safety but a real eyesore. We managed to remove it and restore it when we left, but still a bit of a pain. Just little niggles though as the villa was stunning.

Great Place

House was perfect for our family of 5. It was clean, spacious and the area was the perfect location to shops and theme parks. My children loved the pool and game area. Solana was a quiet area and families were considerate of neighbors.. not like past places I’ve stayed. Highly recommend booking here! We will definitely be booking again!

Another great stay!!!!

This is the 2nd time my family and I stayed at this home. Once again the owners made the whole process, from booking to arrival, smooth and easy. The home itself has everything a family needs. It is spacious, immaculate, close to all the restaurants and stores needed, as well as close to the parks. The pool and hot tub are extremely relaxing after a long day. The game room in the garage was used everyday during our stay and brought much entertainment while at the house. I must say the property management team is top notch. We had a smoke detector that needed maintenance (new battery) and they were there within 30 minutes of my call. The guards at the front entrance are also very pleasant. I could not have asked for a better home to spend our vacation aat. Thank you again, Muriel and Becky, for the use of your home. It is greatly appreciated.

Lots of room and very affordable!!

We recently stayed for our family trip to Disney! My mom and grandmother also joined us. Upon arrival we were so impressed by the cleanliness of the home!! It was also very spacious with plenty of room for us to spread out. We really enjoyed the pool/hot tub. It was about a 30 min drive each way from parks and traffic in the area was at times congested, but the home was definitely worth the extra time. The owners were very nice, accommodating and easy to communicate with! Will definitely stay again!!

Florida Trip

Great trip. Cigarette butts poolside - that was the main cleanliness concern. Great place, quiet, relaxing, loved the pool and hot tub, and overall space. Would suggest having a small cooler and basic cooking seasonings such as salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filters available. Previous VRBOs had those and it was one less thing to grab when traveling. Kids loved the game room too. Lots of air hockey tournaments. Thanks!

Family Disney Vacation

The home and property were beautiful! It suited all of our needs. My only wish is that I had scheduled an extra day so we could have enjoyed the house more. The kids used the pool everyday after the parks. The house was more stocked than I would have believed, stroller, highchair, pack n play. I would stay at this property, or any of this renters properties again for sure! Thanks for a great experience!
