Family Vacation Spot! Pool home, quiet beach, 3bd 2BA

Fun in the sun vibe with the retro decor. Clean and sanitized regularly! Updated kitchen with new cabinets, quartz countertops and new appliances. House has new tile and fresh paint in all common areas.
Three bedroom home with a split floor plan. Master with bathroom is at one end, two more bedrooms and bath are at the other. Two dining areas, family room, living room and kitchen are included in 1689 square foot, one level home, with washer/dryer in the garage. Four sets of sliding doors lead to a large pool area that is nicely equipped for indoor/outdoor living.

For guests’ convenience, Cleaning supplies and sanitizers are in the house upon arrival. Swifter and vacuum cleaner in the kitchen closet. Antibacterial Hand soap, Kleenex, Toilet paper, paper towels, sponges and other multi-surface products are used before guests arrive and are provided for convenience. (Guests will Need to purchase additional paper products if those provided are exhausted during their stay.) All bedding, including sheets, bed spreads/comforters are washed between guests and ready for your arrival.

The pool deck was resurfaced and pool tiled in 2017 and is completely enclosed with a screened canopy. There are two 48" PVC tables with 10 cushioned chairs, Pub Table with 2 high top wicker chairs, 2 chaise loungers, a tiled bar outside off a pass thru window from kitchen. There is a new Broil Master Gas Grill with infrared burner, a 65” television, ceiling fan for warm days, small refrigerator for refreshments plus a shower for rinsing after playing in the sun.

Televisions Galore! All bedrooms, living room, family room and pool deck have televisons. Wireless and Direct TV with streaming available. Kitchen is fully equiped with plenty of dishes and cookware. Oven has an air fryer. Dishwasher, Frig with Ice Maker, Wine Frig, Stove, Keurig and Regular Coffee makers, espresso machine, KitchenAide Mixer, Microwave, linens, hairdryers and make-up mirrors are provided.

This house is suitable for couples or families to enjoy a carefree vacation. Located on A1A, fourth house from walk-over leading to a clean, quiet beach. Wagon, canopy, umbrellas, chairs, beach towels and 2 bikes are included for guests to enjoy. Ponce Inlet Preserve is just south of the house. Follow the nature trails over to the Halifax River. Close to all the Daytona Beach activites and Events as well. An hour to Amusement in Orlando.

Our prices fluctuate seasonally, for events and based on number of occupants. We only rent to mature individuals. (posted prices based on double occupancy- two couples or 2 individuals= double occupancy) Additional fees for more occupants may be applied. All potential guests are vetted thoroughly to keep the home nice.

Perfect family vacation home

Our family had a great time at this home with an enclosed pool and only a 1 minute walk to the beach! It's close enough to everything while being a little further away from the traffic & crowds. Updated kitchen, Huge TV's, 2 separate living room areas, ample seating outside by the pool. Bev was a wonderful host & would highly recommend this home!

Clean, nice home, lots of room for my family of 5!.....huge clean pool Close to restaurants....the beach is beautiful and almost private which I loved .....there were very few people there everyday!

Beautiful Property

We love this house & We love the location,easy access to the beach and close to restaurants that we like. It's close to ponce inlet lighthouse and marine science center. Grocery store is not far. We had no complaints. We will definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful time. Thank you. 🥰 💜 😁

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time at the house in Ponce Inlet. The pool and pool deck were very large with plenty of furnishings. We stayed outside for pool time, meals and just relaxing. The house was also large. As there was just 2 of us, there were rooms that weren't even used. The kitchen was equipped for anything you might want to cook. The beach path was truly just 3 houses up the road, and there was a wagon, umbrellas, beach chairs and beach towels for our use. Bev was wonderful. She responded quickly to any questions we had and even checked in periodically just to make sure all was well! We hope to come back.

Nice Home and Great Location

The house was exactly as described and very clean. It is a great location, within steps to the beach, and close to many other things to do, as well as great restaurants. The screened in pool area was perfect for our family to hang out and watch the kids in the pool while enjoying the lounge chairs and spacious area. Communication with the owner was excellent and I highly recommend this home.

We absolutely loved our time here. The pool and pool area are amazing, swimming during the day, and enjoying movies at night while still relaxing in the pool. Very short walk across the street to very uncrowded beach. Can’t say enough nice things about the owners-they are absolutely the best. We can not wait to come back. Two weeks went by way too fast.

A little oasis of paradise during a strange time

Well, what can we say?? Amazing property, amazing hosts and an amazing location! We were concerned that we were not going to be able to take our anniversary trip. In speaking with Beverly, she had calmed our fears once we knew we would be able to go. We social distanced, ordered all our groceries to be delivered, rode the bikes, walked the beach and preserve, prepared amazing meals in the well equipped kitchen. Basically, we lived outside at the perfect enclosed lanai pool area at the house! Beverly is a wonderful property owner, all her personal special touches for us made our trip absolutely perfect! Thank you, thank you thank you! Looking forward to returning!

Perfect!

My family spent a wonderful week being socially distant in this sweet home. Every morning we took a 2 minute walk over to the beach, then after a peaceful couple of hours there we came home to relax by the pool and have lunch, then onto dinner, movies, and more family bonding. The beds were extremely comfortable, there were plenty of clean towels, the kitchen was a bit cluttered in the cabinets but had everything we could need. The road out front is pretty busy and honestly made me nervous but after a day I realized it’s just busy with cars and not walkers and we never had any issues getting cars to stop so we could cross. Basically, the proximity to the beach, the private pool, and the price make this a PERFECT family getaway spot.

Great Location

This was such a fun vacation for me, fiancee, and 3 boys. They loved the pool so much. Many days were spent playing both pool and ocean football! This house had everything we needed, not to mention across the street from the beach. Oh, and it's a very quiet and peaceful! We will definitely return! Thanks Bev

Outstanding home and property!

This is the second time I’ve stayed a week at this home. It without a doubt has everything you could ever need for a stay across from the beach south of Daytona. Very quiet and relaxing. Beautiful quiet beach across the road. Good restaurants and shopping near by. I/we will stay here again.

Amazing vacation spot

Arrived to find the house exactly as shown in the photos. The location is wonderful only 3 houses away from the beach access and there is a nature preserve in the opposite direction with trails and access to the Halifax River close by. The owners were great to deal with and attended to any issues promptly. The kitchen was dated but had every utensil and appliance you need and lots of dishes. The garage housed beach chairs, umbrellas , cooler and pool noodles and two bicycles that we enjoyed riding on the beach. We look forward to returning next year.

Outstanding Vacation Rental. It has everything you need for a Daytona Beach/Ponce Inlet getaway.

This house has everything you need for a Beach getaway from a heated pool, beach access 100 yards away, beach toys, BBQ grill and all amenities. All you need is your clothes and stock the refrigerator when you arrive (grocery store and drug stores within a mile or so away). The layout of this home is fantastic for a family or several couples as it has a master bedroom on one end with a kitchen, dining room and living room separating it from the two bed rooms and family room on the other side of the house. Has 5 access doors to the patio and pool with a shower by the pool for rinsing off. The owner was super easy and accommodating to work with. We were worried as we were scheduled to arrive the week after Hurricane Irma wreaked havoc on Florida but the house was spared from major damage and flooding and the owner assured everything was in order for our arrival except a missing gutter or two. My wife and I can't say enough about our stay here except we are planning now for future stays and can't wait to go back.

Great Stay. Highly Recommend this rental!!

Great place, great location. Beverly and Greg were very informative and great to work with. Upon arrival they were able to welcome us and make us feel at home. We had a great time. The two living areas are a bonus for when someone wants to sleep in and others want to watch TV. Even though it is close to other homes, no one bothered us at all. We were down for bike week and the garage was great to have (especially for when it rained) Also having a driveway to accommodate the trailer was convenient. The pool is nice, however it was too cold to enjoy it while we were there. Nice big grill to use also. We had a great time, and wish Beverly and Greg best of wishes with their home. Thank you again for making our vacation a pleasure.
