It's surrounded by a conservation area and has lakes all around the community. As you walk through to the rear of the house you will be welcomed by an outside sunbathing decking area and a beautiful swimming pool (west and north-oriented). The deck is extended and you will has sunshine all day. This home offers a fully equipped games room in the garage for all guest use. This is a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home. All bedrooms are upstairs, including master and 1 ensuite. The kitchen is fully equipped. Close proximity to Disney, Legoland, Universal Studios and other area attractions. *Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
