Please contact us for monthly specials (up to 3 months). New pictures coming soon - Excellently maintained villa inside and out. This 2 Story Pool Home in Sandy Ridge Community offers lot's of light and space. Sandy Ridge is close to Disney (about 17 min drive). Close to all stores and restaurants (3 min drive). It's surrounded by a conservation area and has lakes all around the community. As you walk through to the rear of the house you will be welcomed by an outside sunbathing decking area and a beautiful swimming pool (west and north-oriented). The deck is extended and you will has sunshine all day. This home offers a fully equipped games room in the garage for all guest use. This is a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home. All bedrooms are upstairs, including master and 1 ensuite. The kitchen is fully equipped. Close proximity to Disney, Legoland, Universal Studios and other area attractions. *Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

The worst of the worst

We even left a few days early! They would control the ac/heat through WiFi and continually change it to mid 80’s. A lot of the furnature and house itself is damaged / broken. A lot of the items in the ad, are not even supplied. There are stains and garbage cans full of garbage and flies. This was the worst Vrbo experience I’ve ever had! We even contacted Vrbo directly and have not heard back from them because this “host” has multiple properties and there are no refunds or anything that they can even do. On a plus side, it was relatively close to Disney and there is a small kids park nearby.
