We had a fantastic weekend celebrating a family 80th birthday staying here. We booked the whole property (there are 3 separate properties that come together as 1 if you wish). Plenty of room for everyone - we had18 people. Paul is a great host and the property is beautiful with everything we needed. We will certainly book again for next family get together 😁
I really enjoyed my stay in this Very peaceful location with beautiful views. Lovely spot to reset. Could see kangaroos and horses sheep and cattle. Very comfortable cool apartment. Access to the pool was the icing on the cake on a hot day and amazing location to watch the sunset. Owner is very friendly and welcoming.
What a great find this was. Fantastic location for exploring the Swan Valley. Immaculately presented, well priced and great location with a lovely view.
I had a really good time here. The location is amazing and the owner really friendly and helpful. The place is pet friendly which was great because I struggled to find somewhere that allowed pets. I was given a personal tour and tasting through the veggie garden which was great. Tastiest tomato I’ve ever had haha.

I have been building this huge farmhouse for several years. I am a retired builder and this has turned in to a labor of love. The building consists of three separate sections, each one totally private and fully self contained. I have quite an extensive garden developed so far but I want to continue and expand it, taking advantage mainly of the beautiful native plants that this State has.
Why they chose this property
I had actually bought the property next door and was planning to build on that property. During the preparations to build there I was constantly looking at this site and desiring the magnificent views that this site has. It sits up quite high on the Darling Scarp and is quiet and secluded, no traffic noise, no close neighbors but views magnificent. Kangaroos wander freely over my paddocks and graze with the sheep and any other animals that I may have from time to time. Anyway, this property was listed on the market and I was able to purchase it and start my dream of a pretty special building.
What makes this property unique
This property is very quiet and peaceful, we are 400 metres off the main road so we have no traffic noise. There is plenty of room for parking and I have a communal fire pit available with plenty of firewood available (in season obviously)
