We are located between downtown and High Rise Hotel, therefore you can ride in less than 10 minutes there, best strategic location. We are surrounded by all attractions, walking distance to best restaurants, bars, casinos, spa and of coarse the beach. Largest supermarket are at 5 minutes drive away. neighborhood is very quite. no street noise.

To avoid miss understating here Info and home rules: keep open communication for any issue. Internet is shared by the condo, it reaches the house, but depends on devices quality reception. Hot Water faucet runs in opposite way than US, must wait 1-2 mins for hot water, keep right mix cold/hot water. Keep windows and doors closed to cool rooms and avoid water condensation. When leaving the place or rooms turn aircos off or changing temp to 27 Celsius, save the planet. Keep noise down after 10:00 pm. No life saver at pool.
