About this property
#6 City Centre Townhouse
Right on the pulse of the city's vibrant heartbeat, close to the many fine restaurants and local retailers, this cosy apartment still offers a quiet haven away from the buzz of the streets. Quay Street, Cross Street and Shop Street are right on your doorstep, for shopping, dining, and nightlife. Also, nearby is the historic Spanish Arch, City Museum, and world famous Druid Theatre, validating Galway City's selection as The European Capital of Culture 2020.
If you're arriving into the city by train or bus and you'd just like to explore, there will be virtually no need for you to take a cab at all! The apartment is in the heart of town. There are bus tours nearby that will take you to the world-famous Cliffs of Moher, The Burren, Connemara, and beyond! With the Docks only a 2-minute walk away, the beautiful Aran Islands are also an option. There is a regular bus service available to both Dublin and Shannon Airports, when you wish to continue your onward journey.
