Welcome to "Villa Galini," where your family vacation just got better! This beautifully updated 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath pet friendly beach home is only minutes from the gorgeous waters of the Emerald coast, and right around the corner from the community pool!

Each reservation of this property includes a credit to be used towards beach gear rentals and services at Vacayzen This includes bike rentals, beach chairs, beach chair/umbrella set-up, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences, and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family! As if that wasn't enough, while staying at "Villa Galini" you also have access to rent a 6 seater golf cart! This golf cart is street legal, so not only can you drive it to the beach access right across the street, the community pool, and to all the shops and restaurants at Gulf Place!

This home is located in Santa Rosa Beach on the west end of 30A, and just minutes from the popular shopping, and dining area of Gulf Place. You, and your family are sure to fall in love with all this gorgeous home has to offer! Beautifully decorated, while still feeling comfortable, and welcoming for a family to enjoy. The open-concept first floor is a perfect place to entertain a large group, with enough seating to easily accommodate everyone in your group. The kitchen offers beautiful granite countertops with all stainless appliances. The farm-style dining table has seating for about 6-8 guests, with an additional 4 seats on the expansive island. Off of the kitchen is a Master Suite, complete with a King bed and a large master bathroom, with double sinks, and a large walk-in shower. Also on the first level of the home is a half bath off the hallway.

The second floor boasts 3 additional bedrooms, as well as a small loft area. This second living area is complete with a flatscreen t.v., and a twin-size sleeper, making it a great second family space when the kids want to hang out on their own for a little while. There is another large King suite located on this floor with a twin sleeper, as well as a guest bedroom with a Queen sized bed, and a bunk room with 2 twins over twin bunk beds. Additionally, there is a full bathroom off of the hallway with a tub/shower combo, making it the ideal space to get those kiddos clean after a long day in the sand!
There is an enclosed rinse-off shower located on the side of the home as you come in from a long day at the beach.
If you wish to grill out, enjoy the natural gas grill for some surf and turf!

The Town Center is located 5 minutes from the home and is host to an amazing amount of events, live music, culture, nightlife, artists, and much more!!!

During your stay at Villa Galini, you can enjoy passing the day away on the Sugar Sand Beaches and Emerald Waters of the Gulf of Mexico ~ only a 2-minute ride from the home, or relax poolside at the beautiful community pool, which is only stepping away. Starter Amenity Package:

All guests are provided with an "amenity starter kit," which includes an initial supply of bath soap, conditioning shampoo, shower gel, dishwasher pods ( x2) toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods (X2), and trash bags. These items are provided for your convenience and are intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours.
