Spectacular home in Vila Marae resort condominium in Maresias for up to 9 guests. 3Qtos, 2 bathrooms and 3 parking spaces * at the door of the house + own parking spaces of the condominium. New furniture and electros. All dependencies with split A / C cold and / or hot. Private barbecue, pizza oven and cooktop. 7 seater heated hot tub / jacuzzi **. For beach access, just cross the street. Beach service with chairs and guard are included. 2 bicycles (simple) included. Complete structure (except bed and bath linen). Complete condominium with 3 swimming pools (1 semi olimpica), wet bar, waterslide, gym, sauna, soccer field, tennis court, trail, playroom, children's playground, etc. ** Additional charge of R $ 100,00 per day for use of hot Jacuzzi (for cold use there are no costs).
