Very clear single storey house located in the countryside in a very quiet area, near Sarlat (5 mins), which can accommodate 6 people.

3 spacious bedrooms, 2 with double beds (160 and 140) and 1 with 2 single beds. 1 bathroom (bath / shower, wc and 2 sinks), 1 separate wc, 1 living room (50m2) with TV, DVD and Wifi. Open fitted kitchen (American fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, 4-burner gas hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), 1 cellar with washing machine.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus von Sylvie F. sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Der Swimmingpool ist groß, extrem sauber und für Schwimmer sehr gut geeignet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden mit selbst gemachten Köstlichkeiten freundlich empfangen. Das Ferienhaus ist für einen erholsamen Urlaub in einer ruhigen Umgebung bestens zu empfehlen.

Superbe location

Très belle maison tout confort, piscine super avec une eau à 26 degrés. Accueil et hôte génial. Merci à Mme Fortuné pour toutes les petites attentions ( gâteaux aux noix, confitures maison, conserve de cèpes et ses noix), le tout excellent. On reviendra avec grand plaisir.

Superb!

We had a lovely time staying at this house, the host Sylvie was very friendly and helpful at all times and we loved the area. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It's also in a quiet & peaceful location but only 10 minutes to Sarlat La Caneda.

Une semaine au calme

La maison est très propre et bien équipée. La piscine est vraiment grande et était entre 27 et 29 degrés cette semaine. Sylvie est très discrète et laisse plein de petites surprises de bienvenue dans la maison. Nous recommandons!

Magnifique

Maison magnifique, spacieuse et tres reposante. La piscine est juste superbe et très secure pour les enfants avec l alarme. Quant à la table de ping pong, quel bonheur! Merci pour tout madame Fortuné, tout etait parfait, nous reviendrons!

Une semaine parfaite !

Une semaine idéale passée en famille dans cette très jolie région. Mme Fortune est une hôte merveilleuse et très disponible. La maison est impeccable, idéalement située et parfaitement pensée pour un séjour en famille. La piscine est très belle et entretenue tous les jours. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour dans le Périgord.

Calme, tout confort au centre de tout ! Parfait !

La maison de Sylvie et Patrick est parfaite ! Équipée comme « à la maison », literie très confortable, piscine avec grands espaces. Deux terrasses pour profiter du soleil à satiété. Sylvie très attentive et attentionnée vous prodiguera les conseils pour découvrir au mieux les commerces et points d interet ! ( tourisme, châteaux, activités sportives, Dordogne…) un joli coin de paradis pour découvrir Sarlat et sa région ! Merci encore !

Wunderbares Haus

Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist liebevoll und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und sehr gut geeignet als Ausgangspunkt für die touristischen Ziele im Perigord Noir. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus ist hervorragend geeignet für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Es liegt ruhig - jedoch zentral zu Sarlat la Caneda. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten innerhalb von 6 Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus/Pool/Garten ist alles sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und geben "tolle Geheimtipps". Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und würden jederzeit neu buchen.

Wunderbare Ferien

Das Perigord ist immer wieder eine Reise wert und dieses Ferienhaus ist die perfekte Basis für zahlreiche Ausflüge in die wirklich tolle Gegend. Nach einem schönen Ausflug kann man im Haus und nicht zuletzt im Garten und natürlich im Pool den Tag ausklingen lassen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne noch einmal wieder. Superb!

A fantastic property in a beautiful location! The house is very well equipped and had everything we needed for a family holiday, including a great swimming pool that the children loved. The house is in a quiet rural location, but only a 10 min drive into Sarlat and there is lots to see and do in the area with most attractions about a 25 min drive away. Sylvie (the hostess) met us on arrival and spent time showing us around the house which was very clean and well maintained. The bottle of wine, juice for the children and homemade cakes was a lovely touch. Sylvie was extremely friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with in communications before we arrived and during our stay. She is very knowledgeable about the area with some great suggestions for days out. She also has a beautiful dog who loves attention! We had a wonderful holiday and would love to go back.

TRES BELLE MAISON DANS UN CADRE APAISANT

Séjour agréable dans une maison lumineuse et confortable. Le logement est conforme au descriptif. La piscine est chauffée et bien entretenue , il est doux de s'y prélasser avant ou après de belles excursions dans cette magnifique région. Le calme absolu à 2 pas de Sarlat. Maison parfaite !

Super maison, spacieuse, lumineuse, bien équipée. C'est décoré avec goût et tout est fonctionnel. On s'y sent tout de suite à l'aise ! Mme Fortuné est attentionnée et réactive ! De beaux petits cadeaux maison nous attendaient à l'arrivée, elle nous a guidés pour trouver la maison, à répondu à nos questions, a préparé la piscine pour que les enfants en profitent... Nous y avons passé une super semaine pour découvrir la Dordogne ! Je recommande !

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub in einer besonderen, sehr ruhigen Gegend erlebt. Das Haus ist gemütlich und toll eingerichtet - es ist alles da, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Der Pool ist einfach super und sogar zum Schwimmen ausreichend groß. Sylvie ist eine herzliche, besondere Gastgeberin, bei der man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Sie hatte für uns immer tolle Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurant, Bäckerein usw. Ein rundum traumhafter Urlaub!

Vacances en perigord

cette année 2021 je viens de passer deux semaines a sarlat en septembre,le gite était très bien et très fonctionnel, j'ai apprécié d'avoir deux terrasses pour profiter du soleil. Notre hote sylvie était charmante et nous a donné des renseignements utiles pour profiter au maximum du séjour. Je conseille sans problème cette location ou je pense retourner un jour.

Superbe location

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines à Sarlat et la maison est un véritable havre de paix ! Nous y avons trouvé un accueil particulièrement chaleureux et attentionné. Nous avons pu échanger de véritables bons moments avec Sylvie qui a été à notre écoute et si agréable à côtoyer : Gentillesse, Bonne humeur et Discrétion ! La location est à la hauteur de la description : la maison est spacieuse, fonctionnelle et très propre. L’équipement est complet, tout est vraiment prévu et il ne manque rien. On se sent tout de suite comme chez nous. L’environnement est très calme et la location est très bien située au cœur d’une région riche en beaux villages à visiter. La piscine est un pur plaisir, elle est bien clôturée et il y a un système d’alarme pour les enfants. Vous pouvez venir les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçus.
