Great location, but lacking communication and kid essentials

We really love staying around this location, because it's close to the Disney parks, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. This particular location uses a third party website for communication that isn't user friendly. Additionally, we attempted a few communications with the property managers and only heard back from them once. The place looks very modern, but they don't stock toilet paper in all the bathrooms, so be prepared to bring or buy your own necessities. They also didn't have plates or glasses for kids and really only coffee mugs for adults. Light bulbs were out in one of the rooms, as well as the outside light, which made it hard when returning after dark. Overall, it's a nice place, but the properties we've stayed in the same unit have been better experiences overall. Again, not a bad experience, but communication could be better on their end.

Very clean

The place was as listed. Very close to attractions. Check in process was a breeze. The pillows weren't good at all. They were all very flat. And just an FYI you get about a half roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, you only get 1 dishwasher pellet, no regular dish soap or cleaning supplies.

Great location

We had a great time! The location is perfect to everything and the home was clean and inviting. The owner communicated promptly and professionally. We loved the front gate security. We will be back soon and will book this same home.
