Located near Oyster Dune Lake, and just steps from the beach, you get the best of all nature has to offer on the western end of 30A. Don't feel like walking, enjoy taking the FREE golf cart on a short cruise right across the street to the beach access! Everywhere you look, there is a beautiful view! This newly renovated home features 3 bedrooms, all with KING sized beds, and an additional sleeping loft/living area on the 2nd floor for added space! This additional space, located right off the the King bedroom has twin over twin bunks AND a queen size sleeper sofa, this is perfect for the parents who want their own space, but still want to keep their kiddos close by!

Each reservation of this property includes a credit to be used towards beach gear rentals and services at Vacayzen This includes bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family!

Upon entering the home, you will notice the open concept floor plan and the beautifully appointed living room and kitchen. Incredible natural light and water views are all around. Relax after a long day of sun in the living room while spending time with family or watching T.V. on the large flat screen. With this open layout, everyone can feel like they are spending time together, no matter where they are! Off the living room you will find the dining room, and updated kitchen with stainless-steel appliances. Also off the living room, enjoy the large two-level wrap around porch, with a swing, outdoor shower, dining space and a BBQ. The perfect place to sit back and relax after a full day at the beach! Also on the first level, you will find a guest bedroom with king sized bed, and a shared bathroom with a walk in shower!

As you go up to the second level, you will find the master suite with a king sized bed, and a large private bathroom! Enjoy your own private access to the upper deck from this bedroom, a perfect place to catch the sunrise in the morning! Off the stairs is a second living area, with a flat screen T.V., twin sized bunks and a queen sleeper sofa. The perfect place for the kids to hangout and feel as if they have their own space! Right through the second living space is another guest bedroom with a king sized bed. There is also a shared bathroom on the second level.

There is no shortage of views anywhere you go, inside or outside of the home! Once you visit, you are sure to be Swept Away, and never want to leave!

All guests are provided with an "amenity starter kit," which includes an initial supply of bath soap, conditioning shampoo, shower gel, dishwasher pods ( x2) toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods (X2), and trash bags. These items are provided for your convenience, and are intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours.

SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, sunglasses, bug spray, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, bath soap, bicycles, rafts, coffee filters, antiseptic, flashlights, and beach toys.
