Drive into the heated garage on the main level and take the elevator or the stairs up to any of the living or sleeping levels. One flight up you will find the guest bedroom level with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One has a queen bed and the other has custom twin log bunks with a trundle. There is a great TV room on this level with leather sectional so that the kids have their own space. Up one level is the main living area and great room. The kitchen, living, and dining are an open concept so everyone is a part of the action. Cozy up to the gas fireplace or watch the big game on the tv. When it's time for dinner the gourmet kitchen is sure to please with high end stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a huge island for laying out the food. The dining room table looks out over the slopes with picture windows taking in the peak of Mt. Crested Butte. There is a half bath off the kitchen and don't forget the hot tub on the front deck. Step outside onto the rear deck for incredible skiing in the winter and hiking right out your door in the summer.
The top floor is dedicated to the master suite and definitely doesn't disappoint. There is a large sitting area with flat panel TV and sumptuous king bed with luxury linens. The master bath has an oversized tub, steam shower, and dual vanities. The entire space has vaulted ceilings with great log beams. Skiing out the back door in the winter, hiking out the back door in the summer, steps from great festivals and concerts year around and the best seat on the mountain for fireworks! Add it all up and it's hard to beat Silver Ridge 7!

Since the beginning we have had contactless check in where as a guest you go directly to your home and access the property with a code. Highest Standard Cleaning Procedures
All of our vacation rentals and housekeeping properties are thoroughly and professionally cleaned between each stay. Here are some of the steps we take between each visit to ensure your home will be sanitized, clean, and disinfected.
-All of our cleaning and maintenance staff wear gloves and face covers while in our properties.
-All hard surfaces and high touch areas are cleaned with household disinfectant including doorknobs, handles, toilets and faucet knobs, light switches, handrails, remote controls, lockboxes, electronics, thermostats, game areas, furniture, kitchen cabinets and refrigerators, etc.
-Private Hot tubs are ALWAYS cleaned, treated and sanitized before your stay. If there is ever a question of cleanliness our crew is instructed to completely drain and refill the tub in addition to sanitizing. Condo shared hot tubs are maintained by each individual HOA and follow current cleanliness standards.
-All bed and bath linens are laundered on site and installed with care
-Our properties include hand soap, dish soap, and other approved disinfectants for your use
-No Contact Check-Ins - there is no need to come to our office during your stay
