Welcome to our beach holiday home! This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom features an extra large balcony for enjoying views of the beach and enjoying that fresh beach air! Only 100ft to the beach boardwalk puts you steps away from the sugar sand of Orange Beach between your toes. Or, enjoy the pool or grilling pavilion after a long day. Seascape is walking distance to a number of restaurants, shops, and amusement arcades. Or, make the short drive to The Wharf, Gulf Shores, various marinas, or even the world famous Flora-Bama!

Great Condo

We came to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores for my son’s Perfect Game World Series Tournament. Most of the team stayed at Seascape Condos. We enjoyed our stay! The condo was nice and everything we needed for the week. Good location, easy access to the beach. The hosts are friendly and have good communication. We would stay here again.

Orange Beach for the WIN!! Dierks Bentley & The Fam

My family of 3 + 1 take an annual trip to Orange beach for the past 3 years. We always find a concert to go listen to at the Wharf and a neat little condo to stay at. BY FAR this was the best one yet. This condo is only steps away from the beach, the Wharf is close and the area is perfect for everything. My husband drives a large truck, and we were concerned for the parking. His big truck fit perfect. We will be back!

Sweet spot

This is a great location just steps away from the beach. It was conveniently located down the street from a Walmart market to get groceries. I loved that it was only 3 floors and we could park right underneath the unit. The condo was cozy and and was great since it had twin beds in the 2nd bedroom for our teen daughters. It had most everything we needed, I would only suggest that they stock a couple extra rolls of toilet paper. It was a very pleasant stay and there is plenty of things nearby to do.

We had such a wonderful vacation! The place is super close to the beach. It had anything and everything we needed plus the little things you would forget when packing for 5 people. I will for sure rent again if we come back to the area!

Perfect spot

This was a great location for us. Just steps away from the beach, and it has all the amenities you could want. And to top it off, Rob was such a gracious host and was very quick to respond to any and all questions we had for him.

The property location was excellent! The accommodations included some extras that we really enjoyed such as the treats. Also, some routine items were in the unit which we were not required to purchase after arrival. We had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the beach.
