The condo is on the South end of Anna Maria Island in Bradenton Beach in sunny and warm Florida. The island has seven miles of sandy, white gulf coast beach and crystal clear water. Three things make the island stand out: unbelievable beach, numerous waterfront restaurants, and a restriction on building height (no high rises). The beach top rated for its soft power white sand, the water is clear and warm. You can still find sea shells, sand dollars, plenty of fish. The wildlife is abundant. You can see dolphins, manatees, and birds year round. Turtle nests are common in the summer. There are many unique waterfront restaurants, even right on the sand. You really feel like you are on an island but over the bridge and you are back to the convenience of the city.

This two bedroom/one bath condo is in a 5 unit apartment building on a residential street. The beach décor throughout brings the island feel inside. There are wonderful Gulf views from both the living/dining area and master bedroom. The apartment has plenty of natural light. This well-appointed home sleeps four. There is new queen bed in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a new queen bed with a pillow top. Enjoy a 65inch flat screen smart television in the living room while lounging on the cozy sofa with a soft throw. Access wireless high speed internet from anywhere in the apartment. The fully equipped and updated granite kitchen includes a full size refrigerator with icemaker, glass top stove, microwave, dishwasher, large slow cooker, coffee maker, tea kettle and blender. You will find pots, pans, cooking utensils, cutlery and even bakeware. Set the table with classic white dishes, serving platters and flatware. Toast to a beautiful sunset with wine and champagne glasses. Enjoy a day on the beach. We provide beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas, cooler even a beach cart to carry it all. There is a radio, portable card/domino table and hammock with stand at your disposal. Then come back and rinse off in your own private outdoor shower with hot and cold water. You will appreciate the convenience of a private indoor laundry with a full size washer and dryer.

IDEAL LOCATION:The condo is on the desirable south end of Anna Maria Island. The street has Sarasota Bay on one end and the beach on the other. The apartment has a direct beach view and access to the beach is across the street just a few steps away. Take a short walk to historic Bridge Street with its eclectic shops, one of a kind restaurants and bars many with live entertainment. Bridge Street ends in the picturesque fishing pier with a quaint clock tower. You can buy bait and rent fishing rods at the pier or grab a bite at the restaurant. You can take the fishing pole, live well, and casting net you will find in the apartment if you prefer.Walk or bike on the paved trail along the beach to the southern tip of island. There you will find beautiful views, a great fishing spot, BBQ and picnic area and Coquina Bay Walk. The condo is to a close trolley stop. Tour the island on the free trolley that offers many stops from one tip of the island to the other. This condo is a corner unit on the ground level. There are no stairs to deal with, a hard feature to find on the island. This small complex offers plenty of green space on a quiet residential street. It's located on a dead end street. The front porch has a gas grill for your private use. The high top patio set provides seating for 4 on the front porch. Sit in the screened in back porch and relax.
