About this property

Our lake house is a peaceful and comfortable home well suited for families. The layout includes TWO king suites on the ground level, each with a private bath, both with a walk in shower, one with a claw foot bath tub. A THIRD bed room upstairs is an enclosed loft with two queen beds and one twin bed..with a walk in shower. The house is perfect for adults down stairs and kids upstairs.
The living room has ample seating with a new sectional sofa and one recliner chair.
The dining area seats 7 comfortably with 2 bench seats and 2 standard chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with new cookware, silverware and plate setting for 8 guests. Keurig coffee maker with single cup and full pot option. Single Cup coffee provided. Wine glasses and insulated wine travel cups for use. Appliances include dish washer, microwave, electric range, washer and dryer. Kitchen accessories include rice pot, food processor, blender, waffle maker, roasting pan. Screened outside patio with sectional sofa, TV, dining table & chairs.
Outdoor features include Weber grill and fan back chairs with lake views. WiFi and smart TV provided. Community Swimming Pool is 200 yards behind house. Community Tennis & Pickle ball Court 200 yards behind house. Lake and Boat docks 300 yards behind house. Beach Access to lake 300 yards behind house. Marina for private boat launching and boat trailer parking 800 yards from house.
Gated Community with safe walking trails and biking options. Very Dog Friendly Neighborhood. World Class Golf access. Excellent local restaurants and shopping. Fabulous weekend away

This house was everything and more! We brought our three kids for a low key weekend. The house was perfect for kids and we spent a lot of time on the screened in porch. The pool and “beach” were also a hit! Thanks for such a great stay!

Weekend Getaway

This was the first time my husband and I visited Lake Oconee and we will definitely be back. Jennifer (the host) was extremely easy to communicate with as well as giving us recommendations on dining out and things to see while we were there. The house was very clean and had everything we needed! it was very comfortable; we felt right at home. The screened in porch was fantastic, but it was a bit chilly for our visit. I highly recommend staying here!!

Relaxing Lake Vacation

This property was everything we hoped it would be and so much more. This is a very beautiful home, with great furnishings in a very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was equipped better than all of the other homes we have rented. Attention to detail has the upmost comfort of the renters in mind. The lake is beautiful and there is plenty to do to keep you occupied. Thanks Jennifer for being a perfect host. We will be back.

One of the best VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed

This house was an amazing fit for our family and jennifer so easy to work with. The screened-in porch was our absolute favorite from coffee in the morning to wine in the early evenings, the space could not be beat, loved having the tv out there too. So comfortable and beautiful view down towards the lake. The 2 master suites on first floor were beautiful and have lovely spa like bathrooms. Upstairs great for our boys. Loved using the dock for fishing, neighborhood pool For swimming and we rented a boat one day from young Harris, ~15 minutes away. A fabulous stay!

Perfect Lake Stay for 2 Families

We loved the two primary bedroom set up for our family vacation. Both sets of parents had comfortable private space while the kids had a fun shared space upstairs. This home was clean with easy access to the lakeside amenities. No complaints! Just lovely memories of quality time spent together in a beautiful home!

Already planning to repeat our stay in this great house!

My family and nephews spent the weekend in this lovely home. Everything was exactly as described. Loved the screened-in porch! The kitchen was completely stocked with lots of extras and it was very easy to prepare meals. The neighborhood pool and beach were great and day docks were not too crowded. We rented a pontoon boat from a nearby marina and brought it to the docks by the house to stop off for lunch. Everyone had fun and the house makes for easy gathering but also separating when you want.The lake can be easily seen from the house and is a nice view through the trees. Beds were comfortable. Host has literally thought of everything you might need and more for your stay! Very clean and nicely decorated! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Beautiful location to Enjoy Lake Life

This property was perfect for our family of 6 - parents, 20-somethings and two teens. The girls LOVED their upstairs loft style domain and the young married couple loved having their own main bathroom and amazing shower!! My husband and I relished the chance at a sleepnumber bed. We walked down to the beach to see the sunrise several times and took advantage of the beach, pool, and tennis courts. The screened in porch was the perfect setting for reading, napping, dining Al fresco and playing cards into the night! Jennifer was readily available for all questions and recommendations as was the binder of goodies! Fully stocked kitchen and great spices in the pantry! Within 15 minutes of a number of restaurants and Publix grocery store. *My 4 stars on cleanliness are only there because the cleaners missed a baking tray in the oven and there are no facial tissues anywhere. Otherwise, the house is GREAT and we would definitely return!

Women’s church retreat

Spring Break Getaway

This Lake House Escape was perfect for our 2023 spring break and scouting out "Lake Life" in the south. The description of the house and amenities were spot on. Our family golfed on two of the courses and enjoyed the beauty of both of them. Despite the weather being chilly the week that we were there, we made the best of it and took in the breath taking views of the lake. It was very relaxing for our family! The host Jennifer was extremely responsive, helpful and ensured that our stay was satisfactory. Highly recommend this house and the community.

Peaceful place, comfortable beds

Wonderful neighborhood, gorgeous lake and golf course. It was a little cold for us to rent a boat so we enjoyed long walks by the lake. Being able to use the fire place would have been a pluss but we enjoyed playing games and watching the World Cup matches. The owner was available and very cordial. We recommend this property for families who are looking for a quiet and very comfortable resting place. They have an excellent set up to cuddle and watch movies.

Best Weekend Ever!

We were so excited to get away before my daughter went back to college. Last minute and it was available. Loved it so much I want to buy in the neighborhood. Perfect location to everything including the marina for our boat, my sisters house right across the lake and fun coves for wake boarding. Loved dipping in the pool after getting off the lake. Next time I will bring my tennis racket! All around great experience. Kim

Relaxing Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time relaxing while playing pickle ball, tennis and golf. We rented a pontoon boat for 2 days which was so enjoyable! The house was perfect for the 5 of us. We cooked each night and enjoyed each other's company. We enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and the convenient location for the lake and marina. We will definitely return to make more memories!

Perfect spot for a family vacation!

Jennifer is a wonderful host. The house is very nice, clean and exactly as described. We had some issues with the tvs but Jennifer had repairmen coke and fix it up as quickly as she could. The beds are SO COMFORTABLE. We all gushed all week over them and took lots of cozy naps. We all commented multiple times how you can really tell that Jennifer put so many touches in the home to make everything comfortable. The community pool was mostly empty the whole week and the kiddos just loved it. Would love to stay again!

Perfect home for relaxing lake weekend

My husband, 11 year old daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was wonderful. The house was very clean, had a well stocked kitchen and even some games to play. The location was walking distance to the lake and the pool. We would definitely stay here again!
