This amazing and brand new house is located only 10 minutes walking distance from Darajani market, Luckman restaurant or the previous slave's market.
2 apartments on the groundfloor and on the second and last floor of a new building equipped with electric fence and CCTV camera. each apartment has 2 master bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with a queen size bed and one bedroom without the toilet. there is a third public toilet with the access from corridor. spacious living room with comfortable sofa set and flat screen tv, ad well as dniing area. the kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, oven and fridge. there is also a nice terrace upstairs and a small garden downstairs to relax outside or smoke a cigarrette.
