About this property

Chalet Villa Bianca Spa & river

Superb urban villa designed in a contemporary style, located 5 minutes from the village of St-Alphonse-Rodriguez (only 1 hour drive from Montreal). The only contemporary villa in the area, Chalet Villa Bianca is located in peaceful woodland on its own 45 000 ft2 estate and boasts breath-taking views of the valley and surrounding mountains thanks to its huge floor-to-ceiling windows, all facing South. With two bedrooms and two floors, the villa is ideal for a small group, comfortably accommodating up to 8 people.

The cottage is fully equipped with unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi (Starlink), a private hot tub and outdoor dry sauna (both 100% functional all year round), an outdoor heated swimming pool (open from July 1st to the end of September) and an outdoor wood-burning firepit. You will have access to L'Assomption river (only a few minutes away), where you can enjoy our private beach for swimming, kayaking (2 kayaks included) or paddle boarding (equipment not provided).

The villa's exterior offers parking for 4 cars, a private hot tub for 6 people on a large terrace with space for outdoor dining, as well as a sectional sofa under a gazebo, a gas-fired BBQ (functional all year) and an outdoor firepit (with firewood supplied in reasonable quantity). You will also find an outdoor dry sauna with space for up to for 8 people.

Air conditioning system on each floor and Wi-Fi are included.

The Chalet Villa Bianca is certified 4 stars **** since 2015 by the Corporation de l'industrie touristique du Québec (CITQ).

COTTAGE RULES:

- IMPORTANT: The renters agree to respect the number of persons declared upon booking and confirned in the rental agreement. Strict control of the number of occupants is applied onsite. The basic rate is for 4 persons and an additional fee of $100 per night applies per additional person. A penalty of $150+tx per night per undeclared guest will be charged.

- It is important to respect the peace and tranquillity of the neighbourhood: parties are not permitted; Please also note that guests are expected to prevent excessive noise at night: we will not hesitate to retain the whole security deposit in case of excessive noise after 10pm;

- We do accept dogs (2 maximum per rental) but there is an additional fee of $120 per pet for the during of the stay for the hypoallergenic treatment after your stay (all our cottages are guaranteed allergy free).

Beau week-end en nature

Magnifique chalet très bien équipé dans la montagne, belle luminosité avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un week-end relaxant (spa, sauna et foyer extérieur). À 1 minute de la rivière l’assomption où nous avons pu mettre nos kayaks à l’eau. Nicolas est facilement joignable et très sympathique. Nous avons adoré notre week-end, je recommande fortement.

Beautiful cottage amazing view

We had a great stay, the weather was not on our side but this was a beautiful chalet, very comfortable with all available amenities. We did not take advantage of the nearby water access because of the weather but the pool was great. Comfortable beds, very clean and extremely efficient communication with the owners. 5 stars!

Nous avons passé une fin de semaine en juin dans ce merveilleux et luxueux chalet qui a su plaire aux petits et grands. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine et le spa. Le confort des lits est excellent. Il y avait pas mal de mouches mais c’est typique à cette période-ci de l’année. Notre hôte a été immédiatement rejoignable. Nous avons eu un coup de cœur pour ce chalet et avons hâte d’y retourner ou d’essayer d’autres accommodations des chalets Zenya.

Lovely & clean cottage even during COVID times!

We stayed during the end of August 2020. What a lovely, peaceful, and clean cottage. Appreciated all the precautions with COVID. Nicolas is very helpful & responsive through e-mail with any of our concerns. Took advantage of the sauna & hot tub while the little ones were in bed. Great location! Love the local farms for fresh produce and dairy…c'est fantastique! :)

The perfect getaway chalet

The perfect getaway chalet for a group of 8. Comfort and cleanliness were optimal. Bedding, mattresses and pillows were a dream. Every cooking amenity required was made available. The decor was modern with just the right amount of Up North feel.

Très beau chalet

Très beau chalet. Super espace, plus grand qu’attendu. Parfaite place pour s’échapper de la ville. Nicolas nous a même autorisé d’apporter nos chiens. Communication rapide et efficace. Par contre, nous avons trouvé que le spa n’était pas propre. Merci pour ce beau séjour.

everything was perfect

This place is beautiful, it has all the amenities and is so unique. Sitting outside next to the fire in the evening or under the canopy all day long, everything was perfect. Thank you to Nicolas for being a great host and very attentive to anything we needed.
