Cook up a delicious 3 course meal for the family in the high-end galley style kitchen fully equipped with everything you could need right at your fingertips. There is a large built-in oven and microwave, a full-size fridge, a coffee bar, stovetop and a washing machine to handle the clean-up.

Sit at the kitchen table for breakfast with chic bench seating or eat together in the vast dining room with a large family sized table set for twelve with a highchair and a little table under the window just for the kids.

Make your way inside the home and into the grand entrance that incorporates the open living area with two plush sofas and two matching armchairs that sit opposite the decorative fireplace and wall mounted Smart TV.

Also on the second floor is the elegant king bedroom with a plush chesterfield frame, a kid’s bedroom with two Roll-a-Way bed and a full bathroom with a relaxing deep bath and overhead shower.

Up on the third floor is an additional three bedrooms with plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home as well as a full bath stocked with all the essentials and soft fluffy towels.

The first bedroom offers soft plush carpet and is filled with a large queen bed and two twin beds. Adjoining is the double room with two queen beds and finally, the teen/kid’s hangout room with 4 twin beds, a high back sofa and a Smart TV along with board games and toys to keep everyone entertained for hours.

The Central West End is a highly walkable area with art galleries, antique shopping, great nightlife venues and stunning turn-of-the-century homes all located on the eastern edge of Forest Park just a quick 5 minute drive from downtown St. Louis.

Multiple high end supermarkets are close by, as well as all the top attractions the city has to offer making this majestic home the perfect place to base your group or family while visitng St. Louis.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metrolink light rail system to get to many major attractions. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city.

St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

GUEST VETTING
ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.

PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to reasonable levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests, and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived, while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $88 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as “Trust & Safety Fee” or “Management Fee”.

NIGHTLY PRICING
Our goal is to provide each guest with a wonderful stay at a great value. The nightly price has been pre-discounted based on the market value of your requested dates.

EXTRA GUEST FEE
For groups of more than 10 guests, please note the extra guest fee of $15/person/night starting with the 11th guest. This fee is automatically applied based on your guest count.

COVID-19 CLEANING CERTIFIED
The entire ABODEbucks team has completed "Health, Cleaning, Disinfecting and Personal Protective Equipment for Workers who Clean Vacation Rental Homes" certification and have been trained on today's best practices to keep guests safe and healthy by following strict and elevated cleaning guidelines. You can rest a bit easier when staying with ABODEbucks.

HOUSE RULES
This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.
- Primary renter must be 25+ years old
- Pets are not permitted on the property
- No smoking inside the home
- No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
- No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
- Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends).  The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
- Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
- Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
