With an open plan living area, cozy bedroom, separate bathroom, With South Melbourne + Crown Casino within walking distance & a tram stop just across the road to take you into the CBD, my place is the perfect base for anyone looking to explore all that Melbourne has to offer!
The Space:
Our bright and spacious one-bedroom flat provides an excellent home base for a pleasantly memorable stay in Melbourne. With their good size and comfortable bed, the bedroom offer restful times and healthy sleep.
In the spacious living area, you will find a sofa and means of entertainment. The open-plan fully-equipped kitchen allows a home-like experience to practice your cooking skills, and the dining area is a great opportunity to get together and enjoy a delicious meal. The bathroom in the property is equipped with a toilet and a shower also.
Fresh bed linen, towels, fluffy pillows, toiletries and other necessities are provided for a comfortable stay. Our 24/7 support team will also be available if you ever needed anything more.
And of course, let us not forget to mention our well-designed rooftop where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air.

You can’t beat the shopping precincts of Bourke Street Mall, Melbourne Central and the glitzy Paris End of Collins Street. To the markets and galleries of Federation Square, the CBD is a hotbed of activity.
Jump on the free City Circle tram- you pass sights like the Melbourne Aquarium, Old Melbourne Gaol and Parliament House – and of course you’ll want to jump out and explore the coffee, boutiques and street art of the laneways and old arcades.
Getting Around:
Various public transport options available nearby including buses and tram lines. The 106 tram line is just 150 m from the property which will take you directly to the CBD in 15 minutes. If you prefer to travel on foot - there are many shops, supermarkets (Woolworths), and famous South Melbourne market all within walking distance. Ride sharing services such as Uber, Didi, and Ola are all readily available.
