ou and your guests will enjoy a unique experience in an authentic log home, with breathtaking views of pasture and mountains. Enjoy the open kitchen, dining, and living room connected to the large 1st level deck, parking area, fire ring, and rec barn. Stand outside long enough and you could hear and see wild turkeys, cows, horses, and various birds from neighboring properties. Relax and get a good night's sleep on our memory foam mattresses. Perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends!

We have recently added a desk and chair to the loft area, perfect for those looking for an amazing location to work remotely.

There is a flat-screen smart TV with guest access to Netflix, HBO, Hulu & Disney+. Board games and playing cards are also available.

We've often been told that the updated decor and furnishings, as well as the recreation barn, are what make our cabin unique. We love that you can look off the 1st or 2nd story decks and take in the view. At night you can sit out around the fire ring and see absolutely incredible views of the stars.

To note: While we consider the cabin secluded, we are close to a main road. The majority of our guests have not mentioned it, and those who have say the noise is not noticeable from the cabin. Our home is situated on 8 acres, and you cannot see neighbor’s homes from our cabin. We love the secluded nature of the home and feel tucked away from the main road.

HOUSE RULES
- No parties under any circumstances without host approval.
- Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Failure to observe this rule could result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and a $250 per night fee.
- Do not access the lower field. This is partially our neighbor's property and there is electric fencing
- No shoes in the house.
- Reminder: No Pets. Failure to observe this house rule could result in additional cleaning fees ranging from $50-$250 depending on the impact.
- Please pick up after yourselves, as there may be an additional cleaning fee for excessive messiness.
- Please follow check out instructions in the welcome guide. No later than 11am for checkout. (Due to our home being consistently booked, we cannot accommodate requests for late check-outs)
- Quiet hours from 10PM-7AM.
- Follow all campfire instructions in the house manual.
- No smoking of any kind on the property, both inside and out. Leavenworth is a dry and fire-prone climate. Failure to observe this rule could result in a fee of $150.
- Please close the sliding barn doors when not in use. And please return all items to their original location when you are done enjoying them.
- Party Pong table for cups only - please do not sit on or put undue weight on the table.
- No inflatable or hard plastic pools on the deck.
- Do not leave bags of garbage outside, including on the street next to the garbage can (animals will rip it apart).
- If you break or damage something, please let us know ASAP and arrange for its replacement or repair.
- No illegal activity in the house or on the property.
