An unassuming but much admired, private and contemporary newly painted home with effortless urban chic offered for a 2 week period 3 to 17 January only (prefer 1 rental of 2 weeks but will consider shorter stay of 10 to 12 nights by negotiation. A responsible family only. Ideally would suit Grandparents, parents and 2 children. Set within a delicious tropical cocktail of lush landscaping within bamboo fencing surrounding a palm fringed in ground heated pool in a cul de sac in Royal Palm Beach location, 500m to beach. Mono pitched ceiling and lots of windows create a light and airy feel. Features Master with California King bed with ensuite, opens via stacker doors to outside, 2 other bedrooms, one with Queen bed overlooking pool and 3rd with 2 single beds. Appealing spacious main living, dining, kitchen includes bar area and flows to sheltered, grassed courtyard with Weber BBQ and 6 seat outdoor dining area or main poolside alfresco space through stacker doors. Basks in all day sun with fully complied glass pool fencing. 2 loungers poolside with occassional outdoor chairs as well. Outdoor hot/cold shower and fish filleting bench. Plenty of off street space for boat and cars. Walk to Papamoa Plaza and Fashion Island through meandering, picturesque waterways with abundant birdlife. Good cafes and eating options locally and surf club handy. This is our home so we will be particular about who we rent this to and it is only available for this 2 week period. Our personal stuff will remain but space will be made available for your items. Pantry items will be available for your use on a replace if you use basis.
