Enjoy the amazing views of Roosevelt Channel and Pine Island Sound from the screened lanai of this one bedroom/two bath located within the Bay Side Villas in South Seas Resort. This updated condo offers a one bedroom/two bathroom which features two queen beds in the bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a separate full bathroom. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for any additional guest. The condo has a wonderful updated kitchen and spacious living area which leads out to the screened lanai.

**Access to amenities may be limited at the time of your stay**

**Please note that due to Hurricane Ian, certain building amenities such as the elevator, pool heater and more may not be functioning properly. There will also be noise associated with reconstruction. Perfect place for Captiva Homeowners, vendors, etc.**

Therapeutic

The location was amazing from the moment you walk in the doors and see the view out over the mangrove and water. Watching the birds come and go and Osprey building nests was wonderful as was the sunrise coming in those windows. Walk to the beach is short to see sunsets. Watching the pelicans is always entertaining as is shelling and grabbing food at the mucky duck. Thank you so much for making such a lovely clean place available.Hard to leave.

Very nice unit!

Unit was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Pool area is excellent, and great beach is <5 minute walk away. Area is still something of a construction site, given hurricane recovery, but didn't affect our stay. Thanks!

Great condo!

The condo was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Sheets, towels, beach chairs, games and you can't beat staying at South Seas and this is a MUCH better value than booking through the resort!!

Spring break beautiful getaway

Clean, comfortable unit that was accessible to everywhere on the island. Proximity was perfect and weather was a lovely break from our cold winter and spring.

Very nice condo with a beautiful view. It is well equipped. We didn't have access to the resort amenities because we rented through VRBO.

Beautiful Captiva

There were 4 adults in the unit. Plenty of room for 6. Very clean. My husband and I used the pull out couch. Very comfortable. We walked to restaurants and shopping in town. 5 -7 minute walk to everything. We rented biked right outside the resort. Rode to Sanibel..just over the small bridge and had lunch at Pink Flamingo...excellent blackened grouper on a Ceasar Salad...yum! Find your fun....we did!!!

condo great. resort staff great. book directly through the resort as it is cheaper snd they are there to help you. the dream vacation people were not available, send automated messages which cannot be counted on, because we didn’t receive them and they have no concerns about the customer. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH DREAM VACATIONS IN SANIBEL, FL - RYAN BLOCK owner. resort staff wonderful! book directly through them as dream vacations charges you more than booking directly plus they are terrible communicators and only care about making money.

Great Condo on Captiva!

Perfect location, walking distance to several restaurants. Beautiful view from the lanai. Easy walk to the beach, chairs and umbrella are great. Can’t wait to come back, will definitely stay at this condo again.

Invest a few bucks the place needs it First woman we got tried to tel us it was Sunday so she wasn’t going to send anyone or that it would be so difficult. I didn’t except that answer. She turned it over to a gentlemen who did resolve it. We spoke often cause the lock system was also messed up and he always went out of his way to resolve e the issues

It was perfect.

It was perfect. Literally every need was met and instructions clear. The staff was amazing. I was concerned about covid but they walked me through my visit. Your team was amazing and I will only go through them from now on.
