This ground floor two-bedroom apartment only 50m from the Esplanade along one of the Cairns region's most popular beaches is one not to be missed.

Offers a fabulous gated private outdoor area with tropical plants and its own private garden entrance from the street.

The unit contains everything you need to eat in, relax, and enjoy our amazing climate.

Suitable for holidaymakers, families, couples travelling together, or temporary business residents.

THE SPACE:
The fabulous gated private outdoor area with tropical plants and a dining table with an umbrella is ideal to relax and enjoy our amazing climate.

Smart TV with complimentary Netflix, YouTube and local channels along with free WiFi and a selection of board games is provided for your entertainment during your stay.

Both air-conditioned bedrooms offer quality mattresses, ceiling fans and courtyard view, one has a queen-size bed, the other bedroom has two single size beds.

The unit comes with high-quality towels (bath as well as pool towels) and bed linen.

There is also a coin-operated washing machine in the complex laundry.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, electric stove, microwave, kettle and all basic kitchenware. A coffee Nespresso machine is provided and a few other staples for your convenience.

One undercover parking allocated to the unit is included in your reservation as well as access to the shared swimming pool.

We have 3 adjoined fully renovated units in this complex that would be suitable for group bookings.

PLEASE NOTE:
The garden is maintained regularly. It is possible our gardener will come during your stay, no one will be accessing the apartment so there is no need to be at home or change your holiday plans.

As we are not a hotel, we only provide a starter amenities pack for your convenience. Any further supplies needed will need to be purchased for yourself.

Amazing beach getaway
We had an amazing stay here! It was very clean and had everything we needed. It is only 1 block from the beach and great restaurants which was perfect for us! Highly recommend! :)

Over roll nice looking property. It is very close to shops and a beach. The check-in process is also easy. However, when I tried to use a few plates to serve food I found some desiccated coconut on the plates. Other than that, it is a good place to stay.

Functional space close to beach
Great base for a family of 4. Clean and done up to a good standard. To note the property has no oven which was a surprise and made easy meals for the kids a bit difficult.

Modest , but cheerful and we'll equipped . Thought the car parking area and outside living areas could be improved somewhat - though overall good value for money . Liked the cupboard with left overs from other guests that could be utilized.

Pthe rfect location. On arrival we were informed that the keysafe was broken , but had instructions about what to do next. Communication was good. I wanted to use the washing machine immediately and found the machine in the compex was broken. Messaged the manager and she agreed that it did not work.. we had to go to the launderette. I feel the least would be a notice up there. Apart from this it fitted the bill and we enjoyed being there. Proximity to everything was great.

Great apartment - the only issue was the front door lock was difficult to unlock and lock and the courtyard wasn’t clean - covered in leaves and wasn’t able to use. But would stay again. Close to the beach and restaurants.
