Guest access
Your unit is on the second floor and has a private entrance. The main entrance to the second floor will be on the side of the house and is shared with another unit upstairs. Downstairs is a separate unit with a separate front entrance.

Another thing to note – as San Jose grows and large high-tech companies move in, our area is undergoing lots of transition. Like San Francisco, you will see both new developments popping up among historic older homes and homeless populations. We consider this to be a part of the neighborhood's changing identity, and hope you will appreciate the chance to witness it.

Noise. The apartment is located in a house that is close to freeway and SJ airport, might not be suitable for guests who are sensitive to noise.
