About this property
Stylish red brick Cottage on Blessington Basin
Newly restored cottage, with relaxing views over a little lake in the inner city. High ceilings, spacious fully equipped kitchen and beautifully furnished. A calming space, minimalist but warm, filled with light. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The ideal base for your trip to Dublin, perfect for couples, business travellers, families and solo adventurers.
The space
One amazing home away from home. 130 sqm on 2 levels, polished cement floors, wood ceilings, big windows with a wonderful view. Ideal for any traveller who'd like to treat themselves to a really unique Dublin experience. A place like no other!
Guest access
Living, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, 1 studio, 1 small outdoor space. Living room has a sofa bed, which I’m happy for families of 5 to use (not suitable for big groups of friends)
Other things to note
The bedroom upstairs has block-out window blinds, however, there is indirect light coming from roof lights that cannot be blocked out, totally.
Also, the bedroom looks out on to a little "lake" (yes, in the middle of the city!) and birds chitter-chat!
Unfortunately it is not suitable for wheelchair users, there are internal steps all throughout the house.
