This one of a kind tiny home was once a utility shed. It was a 3-month project & is such a source of pride. Lots of custom touches make this little cabin in the woods unique, homey & super comfortable! We have luxurious decor, loads of snacks & toiletries & gorgeous views from the covered front porch. We offer corn-hole boards, a comfortable hammock & a relaxing fire pit. This is a perfect getaway spot for someone to refresh, comfortable for up to 4 people or a romantic ‘hide-out’for couples. We’re located just 25 minutes from Nashville & 15 minutes from the airport (BNA), so it’s convenient to the hustle & bustle fun of downtown, but you don’t have to deal with traffic or noise! Views are of pastures & trees, not buildings & concrete! We proudly offer soft, comfortable bedding, not bleach-smelling white, boring linens. The theme of the cabin is shabby-chic & the finishes are exquisite, down to the smallest detail. Your comfort, convenience & peace of mind is our goal. Finally, and most importantly, we are Christians, so you will find scripture throughout the property.

It was fantastic and wonderful. We loved the cabin. And the decorations were very nice. Thank you for letting us have the opportunity of staying here. This was our first time renting a cabin. And it was perfect thankyou
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very nice and extremely clean. It sits on a very quiet and peaceful area. We would definitely stay here again
Peaceful. Quiet. Warm and inviting.
This explains the cabin and our stay, perfectly!
Close to town, yet you would never know it!
Every detail was thought out in this cabin, a beautiful picture of true hospitality.
So highly recommend.
This was my very first time going through Vrbo/AirB&B, and it was a great experience!! The host was friendly and informative. She did such a beautiful job & I suggest this place being @ the top of your list to rent. The scenery was a major plus…gorgeous!!

A lovely place to stay just outside of Nashville. Owner provides lots of extras that make your stay very comfortable.
Very secluded, the cabin was spotless, and very meticulous with the detils of design. All the extras like cofee, soda, eggs, and treats were extremely generously supplied...
This tiny home was the perfect space for my daughter and i to get away and enjoy the county life but still be close enough to the city to have adventures there too!
We visited the area to see our close friends with two small children. This was the perfect place to get away and unwind after each day. We will be back!
This was the first of two stays on our trip. The peace and quiet of the location helped us wind down after the travels to get there. However, a day trip into Nashville is doable.
CTC is a cozy, charming, and comfortable place to visit. The owners definitely designed it to maximize every square inch of space. One of our favorite spots to hang out was the front porch in the morning. Location is ideal as it is peaceful and quiet at the cabin but you can be to grocery stores and restaurants within minutes and to downtown Nashville in about 30 minutes. We would stay here again and would recommend it to any couple or small family.
2 traveling musicians. best stay ive had ever anywhere. quiet, left alone, responsive communication however never needed anything.perfect drive into music city, near great neighborhoods with great choices. - thanks!
Dawn, the host, has your every need in mind.
My granddaughter and I loved the flavored coffee on the porch talking up a storm. Overlooking the pasture of cows and horses. We will never forget the bullfrogs in the pond. The location was perfect to all activities in nashville, yet far enough to feel safe and tranquil. We loved our stay! Thank you Dawn.
This cabin is the perfect getaway outside of Nashville. It's very comfortably decorated and furnished. Everything was in good working order and clean. Dawn was easy to communicate with and clearly cares for her property very much. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
My husband and I attended the classic green reunion in TN. The little cabin was perfect for us! Very clean and back a little drive. Dawn was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. It was one of the best stays we have ever had.
This cozy cabin is perfect for a getaway to relax. A short drive from Mt. Juliet and its many amenities and 20-30 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Nashville. The property is full of wildlife and the host are on site and the nicest people. This cabin is well cared for, clean, and is full of little extras, and things you may have accidentally forgotten. There are plenty of hiking trails nearby. It was the perfect spot for our 10-year anniversary. Thank you again to the host for sharing their cottage. It was truly heaven.
My family loved staying in this immaculate, welcoming and artfully designed tiny house. We enjoyed listening to raindrops hit the metal roof during a storm and the chorus of bullfrogs coming from the nearby pond in the evening. Dawn was a great host, had clear instructions and created an atmosphere in which we felt as if we were staying at the home of a family member. We enjoyed the complimentary snacks, coffee and drinks. The decor was fresh and beautiful and I thought it was better in person than in the photos. I even noticed that Dawn had made the afghans by hand. The juxtaposition of the cabin, hidden back on a long driveway with a view through trees of a large meadow, provided an atmosphere as dialed down as relaxation gets. It was a perfect place to stay while visiting relatives in Mt. Juliet, but it’s charming and romantic enough a place to be a destination all its own.
Nice location, and a pleasant stay. Off the beaten path, with a nice country atmosphere. Some small things were provided free of charge, which was nice (though most were not of our liking).
The sharing of information was a bit disappointing. I could not get information about the location (not even the check-in time!) until just before the trip took place. That was a disappointment (not even the check-in time, really?!?) because a check of the intranet shows that the information is actually out there already! I just didn't find it until after we'd traveled. So if it's out there, why hoard the information in the first place (even just providing the check-in time would have helped)?
Otherwise, the space was small but cozy. We could walk up/down the driveway, but the area really isn't meant for long walks. And the two other locations on site were close and appeared to have their own theme.
This is a beautiful place, meticulously decorated. Host was kind and responsive.

Jim and I have been married for 20 years. God has blessed us with a beautiful home that Jim built and gorgeous wooded property. We have grown children and 5 GRANDS! We own our own business, Behind the Bark… Jim is a carpenter and can build anything! We are super-excited to share our little cabin and welcome guests! We give all the glory to God & give Him praise for allowing us to use our gifts to serve others!
Why they chose this property
Our tiny cabin is a little slice of heaven on earth. It is immaculately clean, decorated quaintly and has lots of personal touches. Pictures really don’t do it justice… Just wait till you get here! One of our most recent guests said that the cabin ‘shows a definite pride of ownership and a genuine spirit of hospitality… ‘Could not have said it better myself! The mini fridge is always stocked with soft drinks, water and juices. ! We offer a tremendous variety of coffees as well as specialty creamers, honey, and several options of sweeteners. We have so enjoyed hosting people from literally, all over the world,! I cannot express enough how incredible it is to be able to use my gift of hospitality to provide a welcoming respite for the weary traveler, host a couple that just need to get away for a couple nights or a group of young ladies coming to sightsee around Nashville! I personalize as much as I can for each guest and take pride in the fact that the furnishings and decor are not pretentious but are of good quality and are comfortable for everyone!
What makes this property unique
You absolutely cannot beat the location of our cabin! You are surrounded by trees and can only see other homes during the winter when the coverage from the leaves is gone.....& none of those homes are closer than a half a mile away! We love the fact that we are off-line and do not offer Wi-Fi or television… We will not apologize for that; we want people to be able to get away from their worries while they are here & be able to disconnect!
