Just 800 m from Maranduba beach and close to excellent beaches such as Fortaleza Beach, Lagoinha and Caçandoca. In Caçandoca Beach is where is located the Castle of the Arautos, a tourist point worth knowing besides having incredible views.

Maranduba beach has kiosks, waterslides in the sea, schooner rides (depending on the time of year). Great for bathing, to go with family and kids too. Trails, lakes and waterfalls, in a very preserved nature. These are attractions you can not miss.
The neighborhood also has market structure, butcher shop, pharmacy, restaurants, beach shops, gas station, etc.

Muito ruim os horários de chequem não tem nenhuma flexibilidade, o apartamento e no 3 andar não foi me comunicado mesmo sabendo que tenho crianças pequenas. banheiro e a cozinha e muito apertado, estacionamento também o carro fica com uma parte no caminho, pra mim não serve, não volto mais nesse apartamento!
