This was the third winter we spent in this midtown townhouse and treasured every minute. Its proximity to all things Tucson and to the Bike Loop is very appealing to us. Margery has stocked the house well for long term stays and its outdoor amenities have added to our comfort. Recommend!
This townhome was the best! The close proximity to the Tucson bike loop was a big plus for us. It has a very well stocked kitchen with so many nice amenities throughout to add to our comfort. Margery was very responsive to any of our needs or requests. The outside space, along with the birds, was awesome!

Great stay!
Our most recent trip to Tucson was made better by our stay at Margery's property. Perfect location, clean, beautiful, and well maintained home. Everything you need and more for a perfect stay. And Margery is the perfect host. Welcoming and friendly, respects your privacy, and just a text message away if you need something. This was our second stay with Margery, and we would do it again tomorrow. Highly recommended!
This townhome is great and why we returned for a second winter. The close proximity to the Tucson Bike Loop is a big plus for us, as well as local shopping and restaurants nearby. It has a very well stocked kitchen for long term stays and there are many nice amenities throughout to add to our comfort. Margery is very responsive to any of our needs or requests. The outside space is awesome, as well as relaxing, and provides an incredible place to bird watch!

Wonderful haven in Tucson
I highly recommend this beautiful home! It is tastefully decorated, quiet, and close to all needed facilities (i.e., grocery stores, fitness facilities, restaurants, gas stations etc.). I loved being so close to the Rillito River Park where I could take my puppies for walks. The home is stocked with everything you could want; I only had to bring clothes and cosmetics. Margery is immediately available for any needs that arise.
It was delightful staying there.

Margery sets the bar very high
Our third trip to Tucson and staying at Margery's home. She sets the bar exceptionally high for a VRBO stay. An immaculate home, everything you'd need for a perfect stay, and always available with a suggestion or recommendation. Margery's home is incredibly maintained, in a perfect, quiet location, and close to everything Tucson has to offer. If you're reading this review, look no further. Stay with Margery, you will not be disappointed.
Your home has been a very special part of our experience in Tucson this month. You have provided everything we could have possibly needed or wanted. We’ve appreciated all the amenities. Especially important is the fact that you are so centrally located to everywhere. It seemed as if all of our journeys in and around Tucson were within 30 or less minutes. We’ve loved being close to all the outdoor parks and activities. Each day walking on the river trail has been such a peaceful experience, not to mention getting our steps in each day. The birdlife here is so joyful. Thanks for providing the feeders. Your collection of art astounds me each and every day—what a very cheerful, warm and inviting home you’ve created. Thanks, again, for a great home away from home experience.

Convenient and Comfortable
We very much enjoyed our 2018–19 four month stay in the Caladium house. It is such a super location being within walking distance of Basha’s supermarket, the YMCA, and the paved 50 mile loop for walking and cycling alongside the Riallito river with great views of the Santa Catalina Mountains. Driving time to excellent hiking at Sabino Canyon is less than 15 minutes. It takes a little more time to drive to the centre of Tucson. We arrived to find the house very welcoming, clean and tidy. The kitchen and laundry are well equipped and the TV package is generous. The garden is very private with attractive plantings and comfortable patio furniture. The owner was so graceful in fulfilling our every need. With the neighbourhood being so quiet and the bed so comfortable, it is a place for a satisfying night’s sleep. We look forward to returning next season.
This is truly a hidden Gem! 5 stars all around. Margery was wonderful to work with! She went out of her way to make this the perfect respite for the month.
This was our best winter. The house and yard were beautiful, the owner extremely responsive to any questions and concerns, and we fell in love with Creekside and Tucson. Would definitely go back if possible!!

Central Location in Tuscon
We enjoyed this centrally located house convenient to all necessities and activities such as sightseeing, golf, hiking and great bird-watching. The house is comfortable, clean, nicely decorated and well-stocked. There is lots of space for two couples. The owner and manager are attentive.
