Very high living at this cutting edge, modern, designed holiday house.

Built to the highest standard with quality everything. Two expansive upstairs verandahs, with views to the Cape Ranges for sunset, or over the Exmouth Gulf for sunrise.

Dunes is next to a park, opposite Mantarays Resort with privileges to use the swimming pool as part of the deal when staying at Dunes holiday rental! ( Terms and conditions apply)

Four large bedrooms, two with king beds and two rooms with 4 single beds. The master bedroom, ensuite. All the living areas are upstairs allowing views of the Exmouth canals.

Three bedrooms and multiple wet areas are down stairs. Secure carport with room for two cars. Limited parking for boats.

Perfect accommodation for Wedding groups who may be attending a reception across the road at the Resort. Please note that you share access via one driveway and parking is limited. Break Away (which is also managed by Ningaloo Reef Holidays) is part of the same building and faces the road entrance.

All linen and bath towels provided. No pets are allowed on this property.

Pool and resort entry privileges are subject to Mantarays Terms and Conditions and may include events that restrict access resulting in closure to outside guests

A home away from home

Everything about Dunes was excellent! Communication with the property manager in the lead up, the outstanding property and fully decked out kitchen. The ability to have a swim over at the Mantarays Resort while sipping on cocktails made our stay feel like we were on a tropical island. We had everything we needed at our fingertips. A home away from home! Thank you for having us. We had such a wonderful time.

Great property. The automated check in process lacks any flexibility or ability to interact with any questions, and is disappointing. But other than that, the property was beautiful, and we woudl stay there again for sure.

Loved the location of the property and having access to Mantarays Resort. Close to Town Beach and lovely view on the canals. Great for a large group or 2 families. A big drawback is the no wifi- made it difficult to communicate with local companies.

Great times

The location and size of the house was great for our family of 7. There was plenty of room everyone inside and out. The tv reception was poor and no wifi meant we did t use tv at all. The use of the Manta rays pool was beneficial.

Fishing in Exmouth

The property was very well equipped. Our group of 6 enjoyed sharing evening meals and drinks the sitting out on the balcony looking onto the canals.

Luxury in Exmouth

Excellent location and set up. Balcony views of the water and range was superb. Use of the Manatarays pool was the icing on the cake

Great property, good location.

A very good property in a great location that exceeded our expectations. Accommodated 8 adult males using the property as a base for fishing in Exmouth. Very high standard property that lifted the quality of the whole experience. Communication with the property manager was prompt and helpful.

The Perfect Getaway

Dunes is an excellent holiday home, with multiple separate bedrooms, and a huge common area overlooking a canal. Booking and checkin could not have been easier, we will definitely be looking to stay here again if we head back up to Exmouth.

Great location

This property is ideally located with Mantarays across the road. The house share the block with another house but there is still plenty of privacy. We had a great stay.
